NATIONAL CITY, Calif. (KGTV) -- A family in National City says Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) violated their rights during an arrest on Tuesday morning.  Brianna Alonso says her husband was heading to work when he saw ICE agents and ran back into his house. A spokesperson for ICE tells 10News 31-year-old Alberto Alonso-Hernandez is wanted for illegally re-entering the country 16 times since 2013 and for a domestic violence conviction in 2014.His wife disputes ICE's numbers. She says her husband was deported twice before Tuesday's arrest. She's upset because she says ICE agents never showed them a warrant before entering. Brianna says the agents gave her the warrant after her husband was in custody. However, according to a criminal attorney, ICE was just doing their job. Exercising the "no-knock" rule, where the officers do not have to show the warrant if they have probable cause that the suspect will get away or destroy possible evidence. ICE sent us the following statements regarding Tuesday's arrest:  1082

NASCAR and the FBI said on Tuesday that investigators have completed an investigation and determined that driver Bubba Wallace was not the target of a hate crime.The racing circuit said that video from NASCAR given to the FBI concluded that a rope fashioned like a noose had been hanging from Wallace’s garage since as early as last fall. But the garage had not been used since a race in 2019."The FBI learned that garage number 4, where the noose was found, was assigned to Bubba Wallace last week.," said US Attorney Jay E Town and FBI Special Agent Johnnie Sharp in a joint statement. "The investigation also revealed evidence, including authentic video confirmed by NASCAR, that the noose found in garage number 4 was in that garage as early as October 2019. Although the noose is now known to have been in garage number 4 in 2019, nobody could have known Mr. Wallace would be assigned to garage number 4 last week."NASCAR President Steve Phelps told reporters that NASCAR will continue its own investigation.“I want to be clear about the 43 team – the 43 team had nothing to do with this,” Phelps said. “The evidence is very clear that the noose that was in that garage had been in the garage previously. The last race we’d had there in October, that noose was present, and the fact that it was not found until a member of the 43 team came there is something that is a fact.“We had not been back to the garage. It was a quick one-day show. The crew member went back in there, he looked at - he saw the noose, brought it to the attention of his crew chief, who then went to the NASCAR series director Jay Fabian and we launched this investigation. To be clear, we would do this again. The evidence that we had, it was clear we needed to look into this."Wallace's crew reported on Sunday finding a noose hanging from a garage stall at Talladega Superspeedway. Before Monday's race, drivers and crew members stood in solidarity with Wallace. Fellow drivers pushed Wallace’s car to the front of the field moments before the race got underway.Wallace became the first Black full-time NASCAR Cup Series driver in 2018 in more than four decades. He instantly found success as a full-time driver, finishing as the runner-up of the 2018 Daytona 500.Amid national unrest over the death of George Floyd, Wallace called for the ban of Confederate symbols from NASCAR events. NASCAR announced two weeks ago that Confederate flags would no longer be permitted at its tracks.Despite the ban, multiple Confederate flags were seen flying outside of the raceway, according to photos shared by the Associated Press. 2610

The sharp rebuke in a pre-holiday address Friday to mark the nation’s independence follows weeks of nationwide protests following the killing of George Floyd by police in Minneapolis. Some demonstrators have also destroyed or damaged Confederate monuments and statues honoring those who have benefited from slavery. Trump says, “This movement is openly attacking the legacies of every person on Mount Rushmore.""The radical ideology attacking our country advances under the banner of 'social justice.' But in truth, it would demolish both justice and society," Trump said. "They want to silence us. NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro Nashville Police has released body camera video from Officer Michael Sipos, one of the six officers who helped evacuate families ahead of the Christmas morning bombing.Sipos was issued a body camera just days before the explosion.The video shows actions both before and after the blast. The explosion happens around the 3:51 mark in the video below.Officer Sipos said in a press conference on Sunday that when they arrived, they didn't really notice the RV, and parked just across from it. That was before the RV began broadcasting a message that it contained a bomb and for people to evacuate the area.You can see the RV in the video around the 1:57 mark, and hear the RV's broadcast through much of the first few minutes of the video provided by Metro police.Sipos and his fellow officers began to work at knocking on doors, evacuating families ahead of the blast. Sipos says they got in contact with about six or seven families.Sipos returned to his patrol car and was getting equipment out of the trunk when it exploded.Much of the video shows Sipos and other MNPD officers returning to Second Avenue N. heavily damaged and on fire.
