The so-called cone of uncertainty for Tropical Storm Jose now includes North Carolina's Outer Banks, Maryland and Delaware, after the National Hurricane Center on Thursday shifted its potential path west.The cone shows the probable track of the center of a storm over a five-day period.With maximum sustained winds of 70 mph, Jose is a tropical storm after being a hurricane through the week. The storm is expected to strengthen and become a hurricane again by this weekend, the center said. The swells generated by Jose are affecting Bermuda, the Bahamas, the northern coasts of Hispaniola and Puerto Rico and the US Southeast coast. Those effects will spread north along the mid-Atlantic coast in the next few days.Jose is the sixth named hurricane of the Atlantic basin season, which lasts through November. The ratings for Anderson Cooper's exclusive interview with Stormy Daniels won't be available until Monday afternoon.But the outpouring of reactions suggest that her account of an alleged affair with Donald Trump in 2006 captivated viewers across the country.Several hours after the interview was broadcast, Daniels' name was still the No. 1 trending topic in the U.S. on Twitter. The adult film star was also a trending topic on Facebook.The sexual encounter allegedly happened a decade before Trump was elected president. But the apparent cover-up is much more recent."For us, it wasn't so much 'there was an affair.' That's not as much the headline. For us, it's everything that has happened since and how we've gotten to this point," Cooper said in an interview for CBSNews.com about his sit-down with Daniels."I think there's more to come on this story. I'm not saying necessarily on Stormy Daniels' aspect of the story, but on the methods that were used to keep her silent," Cooper told CBSNews.com. "If Stormy Daniels' story is true that a thug came up to her in a parking lot in Las Vegas in 2011 -- this is long before Donald Trump was a presidential candidate -- I mean, if somebody is using intimidation tactics, physical intimidation tactics, it's probably not the first time they've done it. So that's a potential story I would imagine people would look at: Has this kind of thing happened before? Three people died in the fire and three firefighters were injured. More than 1,500 structures were destroyed and 341 were damaged.The cause of the fire is still under investigation. New imagery from NASA shows a dark scar from the deadly and destructive fire, which burned near Malibu, California. The damage the fire left is still being assessed.NASA's Terra satellite was able to capture this new view of the damage through a false-color image from its Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer.The burnt areas are brown; unburned vegetation is green. The U.S. Navy is investigating an incident that happened at the National Navy SEAL Museum last year which involved dogs attacking a target who was wearing a Colin Kaepernick jersey.Although the incident took place last year, video of the event began circulating on social media over the weekend.CNN reported that the museum is privately owned and not sponsored by the Navy.“We became aware today of a video of a Navy SEAL Museum event posted last year with a military working dog demonstration,” the tweet reads. 521
