Monday marks the final opportunity for President Donald Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden to deliver their pitches before Election Day — and both candidates are taking full advantage.Both Trump and Biden have packed schedules on Monday and will host several campaign events — most of them concentrated in Midwestern swing states that could prove vital in their electoral maps.Trump will hold a whopping five campaign rallies on Monday — a final 12-hour sprint that will cover four states that he likely needs to carry in order to serve a second term.Trump began the day at 11:45 a.m. ET in Fayetteville, North Carolina — a state he narrowly lost to Hillary Clinton in 2016 and is still in play in 2020. He also attempted to paint Joe Biden and other prominent Democrats as "criminals," citing reports about Biden's son that are based on questionable information.Trump's Monday blitz will also take him to Pennsylvania — the state many analysts say could be the "tipping point" state of the election. Record numbers of Pennsylvanians have already voted in 2020, but state regulations state that many of those ballots cannot be counted until Tuesday — meaning the state likely won't be called until later in the week.Finally, Trump will finish the day in two upper Midwest states that he unexpectedly took in 2016 — and where he will need a similar overperformance if he hopes to win them again in 2020: Wisconsin and Michigan.Trump's rally in Wisconsin will take place in Kenosha — the city that was the sight of unrest early this year following the police shooting of Jacob Blake.Biden will spend the majority of his final day of campaigning in Pennsylvania — underscoring the importance the state will have in the outcome of the election. The former Vice President will hold three events in the state on Monday, including a prime-time event in Pittsburgh alongside pop star Lady Gaga.At an event in Monaca, Pennsylvania — a town just northeast of Pittsburgh — Biden stressed the importance of labor unions in building the middle class, and painted Trump as an aristocrat."He only sees things from (the perspective) of Park Avenue," Biden said.On Sunday, the Trump campaign hit Biden for his planned appearance with Lady Gaga, calling the singer an "anti-fracking activist." NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A new piece of evidence in the case of a missing Tennessee 5-year-old indicates that Joe Clyde Daniels could still be alive.The boy disappeared in April and investigators have long presumed he is dead. But, his body has never been found. Scripps station WTVF in Nashville obtained photos of the letter that was sent anonymously to Joe Clyde's grandparents.The handwritten letter was postmarked out of Nashville. It was sent this week to the grandparents in Dickson, Tennessee. The anonymous writer claims Joe Clyde's mother, Krystal Daniels, arranged to give the little boy away."I believe Krystal got Joe's clothes, packed them into a bag... and left Joe on the side of the road," the letter says.The writer claims that he is alive and living in west Tennessee, possibly in Jackson. "If we could get Krystal to confess what really happened...with this case. I know it's a bizarre case," the letter reads. The letter goes on to name those involved. WTVF has chosen not to reveal the names because the individuals have not been named by police as part of the investigation. Jake Lockert, the attorney for Joseph Daniels — Joe Clyde's father who is charged in his death — confirmed the grandparents have turned the letter over to authorities. Investigators have yet to comment on the new evidence.  Police say Krystal Daniels had motive against Joe Clyde. Investigators tell NewsChannel 5 she was frustrated with raising a child with autism and was angry the family was forced to give away their dogs because of him.  The letter doesn't mention the child's father. Earlier this year, investigators said Joseph Daniels confessed to killing his son. However, his attorney argues the confession was coerced. To this day, investigators said Joseph Daniels has not been able to tell them what happened to his son's remains.   1940

They helped bail out about 67 people last year.Following demonstrations set off by George Floyd's killing, donations started flooding in to help get protesters out of jail. Just since May, they've now bailed out at least ninety people.People all over the world, about 1 million individuals, have donated some million.“We have criminalized everything. We arrest people for bull**** and then we try to force it all through a system that would not be able to keep up, but for the fact that it leaves all these people in cages and counts on the fact that people want to get home,” said Mollenkof.The Minnesota Freedom Fund says getting people out pre-trial now, with COVID-19, is even more important.It says in the past, a third of people it has bailed out have had their cases dismissed.People are less likely to plead guilty when they're not held in custody.
