Quora, the popular website where users can crowdsource answers to all kinds of topics, announced hackers gained personal information from up to 100 million of its users.Users account information such as email addresses and passwords may have been compromised.This comes on the heels of a massive data breach of Marriott’s systems, where hackers gained access to the data of 500 million users.It all begs the question: is there something we can do?The answer is yes, says security expert Fred Kneip with CyberGRX. He admits, however, that protecting your information can be frustrating.“Everyone hates changing their passwords,” Kneip says. “No one can keep track of them.”We all have to do it, he says. Kneip also says never use the same password for all your accounts.“If you use the same password over and over, a hacker if they compromise one of those companies—let’s say Twitter or Facebook most recently--but you use that to log in to your office or a bank, what they do is they take that password, that login and password set, and they apply it universally to see where else could that work,” Kneip explains.Suddenly, all your accounts risk being compromised. Kneip says a totally different password for each login is best, but even changing one character at the end will protect you from 90 percent of hackers.So, if you’re bad at keeping track of all your passwords, what can help? Kneip suggests encrypted password-keeping apps like Last Pass and One Password."Very straightforward; they’re free,” he says. “Then, you just have to have one master password that you open back up to.”The good news is, Kneip he believes we won’t need passwords for anything. President Donald Trump says his campaign will join an improbable case before the Supreme Court challenging election results in Pennsylvania and other states that he lost.That word comes as he tries to look past the justices’ rejection of a last-gasp bid to reverse Pennsylvania’s certification of Democrat Joe Biden’s victory. The high court has asked for responses by Thursday.The suit from the Texas attorney general, Republican Ken Paxton, demands that the 62 total Electoral College votes in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin be invalidated. Legal experts dismiss Paxton’s filing as the latest and perhaps longest legal shot since Election Day, and officials in the four states are sharply critical of Paxton.On Thursday, Trump’s official schedule includes a lunch with state attorneys general. Seventeen Republican attorneys general have joined the Paxton/Trump suit.The lawsuit is a last-ditched effort to overthrow the results of the election, which saw more vote cast for Biden than any other candidate in American history.Trump and his legal team has continued to allege that Biden fraudulently won the election. So far, Trump’s legal team has not been able to substantiate any fraud allegations in court, prompting one federal judge appointed by Trump to write in an opinion, “Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here,” 3rd Circuit Judge Stephanos Bibas wrote. Bibas was appointed by Trump to the federal bench in 2017.Last month, a joint statement released by federal and state officials described the presidential election as the “most secure in American history.”The letter was signed by leaders of the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, the U.S. Election Assistance Commission and the National Association of State Election Directors, among others. In late-April 2015, political unrest took over the East African country. It resulted in an attempted coup d'état. Hundreds of civilians were killed, and thousands of peaceful political demonstrators were tortured.Nzeyimana is an asylum seeker that has been in the U.S. for three years. "Every time you have to leave your country and go to another country — not because of your choice but because you're not able to enjoy freedom — it hurts," Nzeyimana explained. He decided to move to Tucson to find work —  task that he initially thought was impossible."To hear that you've been at school for more than 10 years, working for more than 20 and then all of a sudden you have to start fresh, that was traumatizing," he said.  However, that changed when he met Citizenship Librarian Mary Givins at the Eckstrom-Columbus Library. Since he has two masters degrees from two different European universities, Givins thought if he could get a hold of his transcripts he can get at least a substitute teacher degree in America.After some thinking, that's exactly what he did."I showed him the process for getting his degree evaluated, translated from French and then he had that paper submitted to the department of education," Givins said.Givins says immigrants and refugees don't realize that the degrees they receive from their countries often transfer to the U.S. She says all it takes is a lot of steps to get them started. "If people have access to their transcripts from their university, then something can be done," she explained. All the Pima County Public Library branches offer the "Job Help Program," twice a week. President Donald Trump’s physical Dr. Sean Conley confirmed Friday that the president is taking an experimental antibody treatment to help him fight the coronavirus following his diagnosis this morning.Dr. Conley said Friday afternoon that Trump is "fatigued."Trump is taking the Regeneron antibody cocktail, which is currently in a clinical trial. Conley said that Trump has been treated with a single 8 gram dose, which Conley said was infused "without incident."Trump is also said to be taking Vitamin D, zinc, famotidine, melatonin and daily aspirin. The Regeneron trial has only been tried on 275 patients as of this week, but the company said earlier this week that it has showed promising results.Regeneron confirmed that Trump was given the treatment under a "compassionate use request.""In the USA, this type of compassionate use program is also known as an Expanded Access Program (EAP) and is intended for patients with serious or life-threatening conditions, who do not have any viable or available treatment options, and are unable to participate in ongoing clinical trials," Regeneron said in a statement. The plan is to enroll 2,000 patients in early studies of the treatment."After months of incredibly hard work by our talented team, we are extremely gratified to see that Regeneron's antibody cocktail REGN-COV2 rapidly reduced viral load and associated symptoms in infected COVID-19 patients," said George D. These patients were less likely to clear the virus on their own, and were at greater risk for prolonged symptoms.The treatment is a combination of two monoclonal and was designed specifically to block infectivity of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, the company said.“The two potent, virus-neutralizing antibodies that form REGN-COV2 bind non-competitively to the critical receptor binding domain of the virus's spike protein, which diminishes the ability of mutant viruses to escape treatment and protects against spike variants that have arisen in the human population, as detailed in Science.” Regeneron said in a statement. “Preclinical studies have shown that REGN-COV2 reduced the amount of virus and associated damage in the lungs of non-human primates.”According to Regeneron, the treatment has been tried on hospitalized and non-hospitalized patients and as a preventative for those who have had close contact with coronavirus patients. Residents of a neighborhood on Chicago's North Side are living in fear, hoping that ,000 in reward money can help solve two brazen killings on their normally safe streets.Investigators believe the same man is behind both slayings -- the victims were killed by the same gun and in the same manner -- and that the suspect lives in the Rogers Park neighborhood or somewhere nearby."Both shootings came from the same gun and likely the same suspect," Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson said. "There is nothing on our end right now that points to these two people actually knowing each other."Douglas Watts, 73, was walking his dogs September 30 when a gunman shot him in the head, police said. It was about 10 a.m.Ladi Ogunnunbi was headed to church shortly before Watts was killed and saw the suspect walking away from him. Ogunnubi had forgotten something and went back to his apartment, he said."I ran back in to go get that, and when I come back out, within a minute or two, I started to see cops and a bit of chaos," he said.
