An Alabama family is mourning a man killed by police Thanksgiving night after being mistaken for the shooter who injured two people at a mall.An officer fatally shot Emantic Fitzgerald Bradford Jr. about 10 p.m. CT Thursday at the Riverchase Galleria in Hoover, a Birmingham suburb. Ammon Bundy was among four people arrested by Idaho State Police on Tuesday at the Idaho state capitol. Bundy was taken into custody by Idaho State Police after he refused to stand from his chair in the Lincoln Auditorium at the Idaho Capitol.Bundy was handcuffed and wheeled out in the chair of the capitol by ISP troopers, according to a news release from Idaho State Police. He was arrested for trespassing and charged with resisting and obstructing officers, police said.Also arrested were 42-year-old Aaron Von Schmidt from Coeur d'Alene and Jill Watts, 38 from Nampa. Both Von Schmidt and Watts were charged with trespassing. The identity of the fourth person arrested is currently unknown.Troopers were clearing the hearing room on the order from Speaker of the House of Representatives Scott Bedke, police said. An off-duty Forrest City, Arkansas police officer was shot and killed inside of his home Saturday afternoon from a gunman who sprayed dozens of bullets into the officer's home. An eyewitness told WREG-TV that Officer Oliver Johnson, Jr. was inside his home when someone in a vehicle sprayed the home with as many as 40 bullets. At least one of those bullets struck Johnson. Johnson's family attempted to perform CPR on the officer before paramedics arrived. Police told WREG that they do not believe Johnson was the target. "It was an encounter between the suspects and another group outside of the apartment," West Memphis Police Captain Joe Baker told WREG.  "This hits everyone a little close to home in law enforcement. He was a police officer, some of my officers did, in fact, know him."  847
