BEIJING, March 12 (Xinhua) -- China will send investigation and research teams to some provincial-level regions in the country to check the progress of their work and production resumption as the coronavirus outbreak subsides.
Noting the anti-virus fight has entered a critical stage, the document urged all departments to attach great importance to the protection and care for medical staff who are facing heavy tasks, high infection risks and great work pressure.
Further financial assistance should be offered to family farms, rural cooperatives and people returning or moving to the countryside to set up businesses, said the circular.
The meeting also called more efforts to strengthen coordination among monetary, fiscal, employment and other policies and deepen market-oriented interest rate reform in a bid to buffer the economic blow from the ongoing epidemic outbreak.
The conference was jointly launched by the China Health Promotion Foundation and West China Hospital of Sichuan University.
