SHANGHAI, April 4 (Xinhua) -- Two people were killed and another two missing when their yacht hit the cable of a cargo ship in east China's Jiangsu Province on Wednesday, local maritime officials said.
China's large energy bases are mostly distributed in the west and north, more than 2,000 km from the power network load centers in the eastern and central regions, said Zhang Guobao, director of Expert Advisory Committee under the National Energy Administration.
"The few unfinished projects are those that were affected by after-shocks and secondary disasters, which need long-term construction and huge quantities of work," Wei said. "We are making efforts to promote the remaining projects."
