BEIJING, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- U.S. President Barack Obama will attend the APEC economic leaders' meeting in China in November, said Chinese State Councilor Yang Jiechi on Monday, adding that the two countries have already started the preparatory work.
China wishes the Portuguese economy could keep its recovering momentum, encourages more and competent Chinese enterprises to invest in Portugal and hopes the Portuguese side could facilitate the communication between companies and personnel of the two countries, said Xi.
Zhang said the Chinese government encourages domestic companies to invest in the Czech Republic and will work with the Czech government to create favorable environment for and actively promote cooperation between the two countries' companies.
Twinning projects exist between more than 30 cities in China and Poland. Both countries collaborate on the "Go China" program to enhance cultural cooperation, as well as promoting the Silk Road Central European Railway Connection construction to boost tourism and trade.
Non-governmental investment should be attracted into the field and governments of all levels should give schools more independence to inspire their vitality in teaching students, she said.
