TV host Jeannie Mai is getting treatment for an immediate health concern after abruptly leaving Dancing with the Stars. Monday night’s live episode of Dancing with the Stars will feature eight couples and only have a single elimination. In a tweet Monday morning, the official Twitter account of the ABC show said, “Jeannie Mai will not be able to continue to compete on #DWTS this season due to a health concern that requires immediate attention. Mike Lee announced Friday that he has tested positive for COVID-19.In a statement released on Twitter, Lee says he experienced symptoms Thursday morning and took a test on the advice of doctors. The Senator says his symptoms are "consistent with longtime allergies."The announcement comes just hours after the news that President Trump and the First Lady had also tested positive for the coronavirus.On Tuesday, Lee met with Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett. The two sat in chairs that were distanced several feet apart but took a photo before the meeting in which they were closer together. He also spoke to reporters after the meeting, removing his mask in front of the cameras as most lawmakers generally do.According to NBC News, Barrett tested negative for COVID-19. TUCSON, ARIZ. — A U.S. Deputy Marshal died in the line of duty on Thursday in a shooting with a suspect.The Marshal was serving an active felony warrant around 5:30 p.m. for 26-year-old Ryan Schlesinger for stalking law enforcement when the marshal was shot on scene.The Tucson Police Department confirmed that the fallen marshal was not alone at the scene and was with other officers.After the shooting occurred, police officers responded by sending units to the scene and surrounding the house.Schlesinger surrendered to police and per the Tucson Police Department, was not injured and brought into custody without incident.The Marshal was rushed with the hospital but died from injuries.The Tucson Police Department is not releasing the name of the fallen marshal at this time, but U.S. Marshal David Gonzales, who serves the district of Arizona, is at the hospital with personnel.The department is working with federal agencies to investigate the situation and is offering their deep condolences to the marshal's family. 1032

Tropical Storm Epsilon has strengthened into a Category 1 hurricane.As of 11 p.m. Tuesday, Epsilon is moving toward the northwest near 13 mph.This general motion is expected to continue tonight, followed by a slightly slower west-northwestward motion on Wednesday.A turn toward the north-northwest is expected on Thursday.On the forecast track, Epsilon is forecast to move closer to Bermuda on Thursday and make its closest approach to the island on Thursday night.Epsilon now has maximum sustained winds near 75 mph with higher gusts. Additional strengthening is forecast during the next day or two.A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for Bermuda.In the most active hurricane season on record, in 2005, late-season storms continued late into the year.
