The crash happened at 8:30 a.m. in the eastbound lanes at Willows Road, blocking the left lane for about an hour and a half, CHP officer Jim Bettencourt reported. Another semi overturned on Interstate 15 in Fontana. San Diegan Bashar Shebo was driving through the area on his way to Las Vegas. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — San Diego Police Saturday asked the public for help locating a possibly depressed and suicidal man who disappeared from his home this week.Police said Miguel Antonio Venegas-Elizarrazaz was last seen by his roommates at his home at 145 South 45th St. on Wednesday. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- SeaWorld San Diego is closed Thursday as a storm moves through the county. The theme park made the announcement Wednesday night after the first round of rain battered the area. Officials with SeaWorld say they plan to reopen the park Friday, Dec. 7. The park closed last Thursday, November 29 also due to the rain. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — San Diego State University's effort to construct a new stadium in Mission Valley received a massive backing Thursday.SDSU officials announced a -million donation on behalf of local philanthropist Dianne Bashor. The gift is the lead donation toward the stadium project and one of the single largest ever made to the school, officials said."I think the students and people of San Diego benefit from everything we do with this property," Basher said during a press conference Thursday. "My husband and I always felt when we get things, we give things.
