The Donald J. Trump Foundation has agreed to dissolve under judicial supervision amid an ongoing lawsuit concerning its finances, according to a document filed Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court by the New York state Attorney General's office. The dissolution of President Donald Trump's charity resolves one element of the attorney general's civil lawsuit against the foundation, which includes claims that the President and his children violated campaign finance laws and abused its tax-exempt status. The lawsuit will continue in court because it also seeks two other outcomes: .8 million in restitution, plus penalties, and a ban on Trump and his three eldest children serving on the board of any other New York nonprofit. The agreement to dissolve, signed by both the foundation and Attorney General Barbara Underwood's office, also allows the attorney general's office to review the recipients of the charity's assets. A body that was found in an Oregon home two months ago has been identified as that of long-missing Dennis Day, one of the original members of "The Mickey Mouse Club" TV show from the 1950s, police said. The remains of Day, 76, were found April 4 at his house in the southern Oregon city of Phoenix, but investigators weren't confident enough to identify the corpse until Thursday, Oregon State Police said.Because of the corpse's condition, investigators couldn't use dental records or DNA to identify it, and instead decided Thursday that the remains were Day's through "investigation, evidence and other information," police said in a statement. His death is under investigation, state police said.Day was reported missing in mid-July by his husband, who suffers memory loss and was in a hospital at the time, 822

Within 30 minutes, the 24-year-old had raised 0."I didn't think I would make anything, it all started as a joke," he said. After speaking with his family, he decided that, minus the cost of one case of Busch Light, he'd give the rest of the money to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital. As word spread of his plans to donate the money, more people decided to contribute. 905

A California rapid transit employee is being hailed as a hero for rescuing a man who fell onto the tracks as a train was approaching the platform. The dramatic rescue happened at the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station at the Oakland Coliseum after an NFL game Sunday between the Oakland Raiders and the Detroit Lions.Tony Badilla, a passenger who witnessed the episode, posted a video on Twitter of the two men hugging in the aftermath. He told CNN the employee, identified as John O'Connor, was very attentive in keeping the crowd back from the tracks while helping riders find their train line."As the train approached, I sat up from my seat and the crowd turned their attention to the train," he said. "I heard a commotion to my left just as the train arrived and witnessed the BART worker physically bring the man to the ground, both falling to the deck safely as the train breezed by."The crowd was shocked at just how close of a call it was, and the man was rattled," Badilla said. "The BART worker was upset with the man for being so careless, but his emotions took over and the two embraced."According to a statement from BART, the unidentified man was intoxicated and accidentally fell onto the tracks. In a tweet, BART thanked O'Connor for his heroism. "He saved a life tonight. Thank you John. Show him some love," the tweet read.O'Connor, a former train operator promoted to transportation supervisor, has worked at BART for 24 years, according to the transit agency."John was on the platform and ensuring everyone stayed away from the yellow safety strip," a BART spokeswoman told CNN in a statement. "A male who was intoxicated accidentally mis-stepped and fell into the trackway while a train was approaching. John saw this along with other riders and yelled at the man to get back onto the platform. The male didn't move quick enough so John grabbed him by the shoulders and pulled him up by rolling him over his body to safety. They stood up and hugged."O'Connor told 1998
