TELLER COUNTY, Colo. – Investigators are working around the clock as they continue to search the home of Kelsey Berreth’s fiancé in Florissant, Colorado for a second straight day, the Woodland Park Police Department Chief said in a press release Saturday.The multi-jurisdictional task force is searching the 35-acre property of Patrick Frazee, who has not been ruled out as a suspect in Berreth’s disappearance.Details about what the search would cover on Saturday were not released, but Chief Miles J. (AP) — A bookkeeper who worked at a Southern California high school for nearly three decades is suspected of stealing more than 0,000 from student clubs.The Riverside Press-Enterprise reported Thursday that Virginia Ellen Schaul pleaded not guilty this week to one count of grand theft. The 65-year-old was ordered back to court July 12 and released on her own recognizance.Schaul was fired in 2017 from her longtime job with Temecula Valley High after she failed to show up for a hearing looking into missing money and overdrawn accunts.Prosecutors say over at least a four-year period Schaul took money from accounts used to pay for equipment, uniforms, entry fees, travel fees and other expenses for clubs and teams. 747

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been discharged from the hospital after receiving treatment for a possible infection, according to Reuters and NBC.Ginsburg was admitted to The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore on Tuesday morning. SYLMAR, LOS ANGELES (KGTV) -- Crews are battling a rapidly-spreading brush fire in northern Los Angeles County late Thursday night amid a statewide Red Flag Warnings.News station ABC7 is reporting that the 15-acre blaze, named Saddleridge Fire, is burning near homes and power lines.The fire erupted around 10 p.m. near the westbound 210 Freeway near Yarnell Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.Flames stopped traffic along the 210 when the fire jumped from the westbound side to the eastbound side.
