So when we are at the scene trying to figure out, it’s pretty chaotic,” Sergeant Warren said.In a statement, company that owns Jacquelyn House confirmed that a contract pharmacist went to the facility give flu shots to residents and employees."Yesterday afternoon, a contract pharmacist went to our ICF/IID, Jacquelyn House, to administer the flu vaccine to the residents and employees. After the administration by the pharmacist, all of those who received the vaccine began to have reactions. Emergency services were contacted immediately, and the Bartlesville Fire Department, Ambulance and Police Department responded quickly and provided exceptional support to our residents employees. All persons that received the injection were transported to Jane Phillips Hospital. Sperling became famous in the 1980s for his ubiquitous commercials featuring before and after photos of his clients, ending with him proclaiming “I'm not only the Hair Club president but I'm also a client" as he showed a photo of his previously bald self. Sperling began his business in New York City before taking it national. His commercials were even spoofed on the “Tonight” show and on “Saturday Night Live.” He sold the business for million in 2000. GREELEY, Colo. – The man who crashed into and killed a Colorado State Trooper during the bomb cyclone storm in March was sentenced to 90 days in jail on Wednesday.John Carpenter, 58, of Centennial, had pleaded guilty in October to a charge of failure to exercise due care when approaching a stationary vehicle resulting in death. An initial second charge of careless driving causing death was dismissed.On March 13, CSP Cpl. Daniel Groves was helping a stranded motorist on Interstate 76, just west of Roggen, during the massive blizzard. The driver of a 2001 Volvo, who was later identified as Carpenter, lost control and struck Groves outside his patrol vehicle. Groves was transported to Platte Valley Medical Center, where he died. Carpenter had moderate injuries from the crash.Carpenter was also sentenced to eight and a half years of probation and ordered to work 850 hours of community service. 914
