A Phoenix couple is accused of forcing a day laborer at gunpoint to have sex with the female suspect, police say.Phoenix police on April 8 responded to a call from a man saying he was sexually assaulted by a couple at a home. According to court documents, Brenda Acuna Aguero, 39, picked up a day laborer and told the man her husband needed help moving some items at their home. When they arrived at her house, Aguero reportedly told the man that, "it was her fantasy to have sex with a laborer." The victim initially thought Aguero was teasing, but when he realized she wasn't, he told her he was not going to have sex with her. At that point, police say, the woman's husband, 45-year-old Jorge Francisco Valenzuela, came into the room with a rifle. Valenzuela allegedly placed the rifle on the victim's chest, and "told him he was going to have sex with his wife, or he would shoot him."The victim had sex with Aguero as Valenzuela filmed video and took pictures, and allegedly directed the victim to different sexual positions.Police say Valenzuela later stole the victim’s Mexican visa and driver's license, and forced the victim to call his wife so Valenzuela could get her phone number.Valenzuela allegedly told the victim to come back the next day to get his visa and license and have sex with Aguero. He then threatened to send the video to the victim's wife if he didn't comply, records show.Later the same day, Valenzuela allegedly demanded the victim returned to his home for another sexual encounter. When the victim arrived with a friend, Valenzuela sent the pictures to the victim’s wife.The victim contacted police, who arrested Valenzuela and Aguero at their home. They both allegedly admitted their actions, with Valenzuela saying they had done this before with about four other men.They are being held on a 0,000 bond for sexual assault. 1871

As the seconds counted down to the final buzzer, the matchup between Righetti and St. Joseph high schools became much more than just a game. Chants of "where's your passport" from the Righetti student section filled the gym, leading to a heated exchange between school officials. It was captured in a video posted to Twitter by Santa Maria Times Sports Editor Joe Bailey. According to the Santa Maria Times, St. Joseph High School has three players on the boys' basketball team from Puerto Rico and one from France.The video shows St. Joseph's principal, Erinn Dougherty, storming across the court to confront the Righetti students. A California man was arrested over the weekend after allegedly making a mass shooting threat to get out of going to a county fair with his parents, authorities said Saturday.According to the Pomona Police Department, Erik Villasenor emailed the Los Angeles County Fair staff on Friday afternoon and made false threats of violence.Pomona Police Chief Mike Olivieri said the email read, "Hello I was told that someone was planning on doing a mass shooting on Sunday at the fairgrounds. I just wanted to inform you guys already."The Sylmar, California, resident was suppose to go to the fair with his parents Sunday, Olivieri said at a press conference. Investigators believe he sent the threat in order to get out of going to the event with his family."Though he's 22, he felt it was appropriate to send this threat ... we believe it was with the intent it would spark some chaos and commotion, be captured on the media, and use it as an excuse to his parents to not go to the fair," Olivieri said at the Saturday press conference.Villasenor admitted it was a hoax when authorities tracked him down, police said."This is a great outcome for the fair and it really provided us an opportunity to test the kind of security systems we have worked so hard to create," said Miguel Santana, the president and CEO of Fairplex, the venue where the fair is held.Villasenor was arrested on a charge of making false threats and was booked at the Pomona County Jail.
