(KGTV) - A shirtless, barefooted man ventured up a crane at a Hollywood construction site Sunday night, leading to an hours-long standoff with emergency personnel.The unnamed man was draped in an American flag as he climbed the crane near the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and El Centro Avenue around 5:15 p.m. according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Amy Bastman."It was unclear why the man climbed the crane, which rises some 200 feet off the ground," according to Bastman. FULLERTON (CNS) - A Compton couple facing criminal charges stemming from a brawl at Disneyland that was captured on video that went viral failed to appear in court this week for arraignment.Andrea Nicole Robinson, 40, and her husband, Daman Petrie, 44, were scheduled to be arraigned on Monday, but they did not show up for the hearing, according to court records obtained by City News Service.It's not clear what authorities will do to compel the defendants to appear in court, but there are no more hearings scheduled so far.RELATED: Three people charged in Disneyland brawl that was caught on videoRobinson's 35-year-old brother and co-defendant, Avery Desmond-Edwinn Robinson, is due in court Sept. 30 for a pretrial hearing at the North Justice Center in Fullerton.Avery Robinson faces the most serious charges of the three defendants. He is charged with one felony count each of domestic battery with corporal injury, assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury on his girlfriend and assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of criminal threats, along with five counts of battery and four counts of child abuse and endangerment, all misdemeanors.Robinson's sister is charged with four misdemeanor counts of battery for allegedly attacking her brother, his girlfriend and a Disneyland security guard, and a misdemeanor count of assault on her brother's girlfriend. She faces 2 1/2 years in jail if convicted.Petrie is charged with one count of battery on his brother-in-law's girlfriend, who was punched in the face during the July 5 scrum, and faces up to six months in jail if convicted, according to prosecutors.It's unclear what touched off the fight, which broke out in Toontown and sprawled out onto the Main Street in the famous theme park, but several Disneyland visitors tried to stop it, prosecutors said. The way you can tell if an ad is a part of the campaign is it has a CVS Beauty Mark, a white stamp watermark that reads beauty unaltered.If you see the stamp on an ad it means that the images in the ad haven't been "materially altered." That means the brand did not "digitally alter or change a person's shape, size, proportion, skin or eye color or enhance or alter lines, wrinkles or other individual characteristics."So essentially if you saw the person in the ad walking down the street, they would look like they do in the ad. That's the goal, because in general, the editing of photos in ads really has has an impact on how women and girls feel about themselves.A survey found two out of three women strongly agree that the media has set an unrealistic standard of beauty. 80% of women feel worse about themselves after seeing a beauty ad. 90% of girls ages 15 to 17 want to change at least one aspect of their physical appearance.We asked a few people what they think about this new initiative."I think that's awesome," one woman said. "I think we've been given unrealistic beauty standards for a really long time. So it's really nice to see companies putting in women who actually look like me. I don't have to have these unrealistic standards of what I should look like. I think it's a really awesome thing."Other women felt differently."Non touching is a good start," one woman said. "But if I saw that I would be like, real life? I don't know if I'd look like that in real life."Her friend agreed."When I wake up I do not look like that in real life," the woman said. HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - A Virginia company is unveiling a brand new technology, with help from jellyfish, to help in the fight against COVID-19.“We're just pretty motivated by the fact that we're making an impact to open the economy, places back up safely,” Senseware CEO Dr. Serene Al-Momen told News 3.Senseware, a technology company based in northern Virginia, specializes in air monitoring.“We quickly realized that the primary concerns of transmissions are airborne transmission for the COVID-19 virus,” Al-Momen said.The technology the company is rolling out is a new pathogen-detecting monitoring system using specific antibodies and proteins from jellyfish that light up when coming in contact with COVID-19.“We're talking about having the results available within minutes, under five minutes,” she said. “If the virus is detected, we immediately in real-time with our cloud-based technology alert you. You see the threat, the detection on your phone. You get an email if you're an operator. You're able to quickly mitigate that issue.”Al-Momen told News 3 the product is in the final stages of third-party testing. HILLCREST (KGTV) - Thousands enjoyed drinks, food, shopping and dancing at the 35th Annual CityFest Art and Music Festival in Hillcrest Sunday.More than 250 vendors lined the streets, some sending fragrances into the air that would make you drool.
