(KGTV) - Starbucks fans will have a limited time to test their fates at the drink counter this month with a new treat.Starbucks will offer its Crystal Ball Frappuccino from March 22 to 26 at participating U.S., Mexico, and Canada locations.The drink will come in three magical variations, blue, green, and purple. The drink itself is concocted with a creme-based Frappuccino infused with peach flavor and turquoise sparkles. (KGTV) — Washington state health officials say a patient has died of the novel coronavirus, the first COVID-19 related death in the United States.The victim was described as a male patient at EvergreenHealth Medical Center, who was in his 50s with underlying medical conditions.The governor of Washington state declared a state of emergency Saturday after a man's death.More than 50 people in a Kirkland, Wash., Life Care nursing facility are sick and being tested for the virus, health officials added. (KGTV) - Naval Criminal Investigative Services announced Friday the arrests of two additional Marines and a sailor, bringing the total of troops suspected of human smuggling and drug-related offenses to 19. Sixteen of the service members were taken into custody Thursday at Camp Pendleton during Battalion formation, a gathering of some 800 troops, U.S. Marine Corps officials said. An additional eight troops were questioned about drug offenses unrelated to the arrests, said Maj. Kendra Motz, 1st Marine Division Communication Strategy Operations Director. Two of the detainees were later arrested, said officials.“The Commanding Officer of 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment will act within his authority to hold the Marines accountable at the appropriate level, should they be charged,” said Motz. Agents said three undocumented immigrants got into the Marines’ vehicle on Interstate 8, according to the complaint. That's the accusation from Republican rival John Cox who says Newsom has agreed to only one debate thus far, despite several opportunities being offered.Newsom tells 10News he has already been part of four debates with Cox but critics point out that was during the primary campaign with other candidates sharing the stage.Newsom tells 10News he prefers meeting with people at town halls where there's more time for interaction with the audience and less grandstanding.RELATED: Gavin Newsom, John Cox to face off in November General Election"Candidly, the last three out of four of our debates, looked like Jerry Springer shows than substantive dialogue," said Newsom. But political analyst Kevin Riggs says its no surprise Newsom is shying away from debates at this point in the race."He's ahead in the polls, he's ahead in the fundraising, at this point his campaign is an exercise in risk management," said Riggs.
