(KGTV) - The Oceanside Police Department asked for the public’s help Friday to find a missing man.Richard Teller, 80, was last seen at his home Thursday night at 10 pm.Police said Teller suffers from health conditions that require medication, which he does not have with him.Teller is believed to be driving a black 2006 Cadillac CTS with a California license plate of 5YDG829.Police said Teller is white, 5’9”, 190 pounds, with short gray hair and hazel eyes.Anyone who sees him is asked to call Oceanside Police at 760-435-4900. 556

OCEANSIDE, Calif. (KGTV) -- Two people have been arrested after a teenager was stabbed to death in Oceanside earlier in October.Police say Cesar Robles, 21 and Coryell Taylor, 37, were taken into custody and booked for homicide in the stabbing death of 17-year-old Alan Sandoval.Oceanside Police say Sandoval was with two friends when they were approached by Taylor and Robles. The two suspects then stabbed the victims multiple times, according to police.The two other victims suffered non-life threatening injuries. NPC International, which operates 1,136 Pizza Hut restaurants and 386 Wendy’s locations announced Wednesday it is filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.The company said that it plans to keep its combined nearly 1,500 restaurants open during bankruptcy proceedings. NPC International has a total of approximately 7,500 full-time employees and approximately 28,500 part-time employees spread through 30 states and Washington, DC.NPC International said that labor costs, increased expenses for supplies and the uncertainty due to the COVID-19 outbreak contributed to the company’s downturn.“These challenges have been magnified recently by the impact and uncertainty of COVID-19, and we believe it is necessary to take proactive steps to strengthen our capital structure, so we have the financial flexibility to continue to adapt to current industry trends,” said Jon Weber, CEO & President of NPC’s Pizza Hut division. “We also intend to use this process to continue to evaluate and optimize our restaurant portfolio so that we are best positioned to meet the needs of consumers across the country.”The restaurant industry has faced turbulence over the last few months.Just last month, the NPC International added 140 Wendy’s locations to its portfolio of restaurants.NPC International is the largest franchisee of Pizza Hut locations. 1341

"He said that they were a part of the Boogaloo movement and he also said, 'Well, I'm going to get in trouble for saying this.'"After the rally, the journalists met at Bellar at his home in Milford, Michigan where Bellar showed off his weapons and talked about his views on the government."I feel like the American civilization has to know that it's going to possibly revolt against the tyrannical government," Bellar said during an interview with Svanberg at his home on May 14. "I feel people have had enough of it and they're willing to pick up arms for it.""He said it's a tyranny," Svanberg said later. "He pulled out his phone and said there were about 50 people in that chat group consisting of men and women, former veterans, all kinds of backgrounds."A federal investigation, aided by two informants inside the group's encrypted chats, kept police up to date with the group's plans, movements and training."He said he had been followed by the police, he was aware that the police were watching him as he described it," Svanberg said. "His big fear was that the feds or the police would come knocking on his door, he said that was what he was expecting."On Thursday, what Bellar said he was expecting happened.
