(AP) — Orange County’s new interim health officer says he will lift a requirement that residents wear face coverings in public and instead recommend they do so to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus. Residents have railed against the requirement at public meetings. Los Angeles and San Diego counties have similar requirements. (KGTV) - A San Marcos woman is speaking out for the first time about her ,000,000 claim against San Diego County.She told 10News that two sheriff's deputies knocked on her door in the middle of the night last August for a welfare check.  There was no problem and they left but she said Deputy Richard Fischer returned alone an hour later, saying he needed to use her restroom; then told her she was cute and hugged her, several times."It wasn't an okay hug.  I was stunned, shocked.  It was very fast and confusing."She resisted. "Yeah, I felt very vulnerable, intimidated, felt weak. I felt little.  It's just a mess! Everything is a mess!   This is hard to do. He shouldn't have come back to my house and I don't ... everything's a mess!"Three months later, she said she's still frightened."Would I open the door anymore? No. I think he's bad for law enforcement and bad for me. I think he's a bad guy!"Dep. The death of the former San Francisco 49ers star on Wednesday night was confirmed by the Pro Football Hall of Fame.Ex-teammate Dwight Hicks says Dean was hospitalized last week with the coronavirus and was on a ventilator. Dean was 68 years old.Dean was a key part of the launch of the 49ers' dynasty. SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- Police in San Francisco made a horrifying discovery after a man was reported missing.According to KRON, police found the remains of a headless torso in a fish tank inside a San Francisco home.Neighbors hadn’t seen the homeowner in months and police were called to the home in July to do a wellness check, but men inside the home said the homeowner was simply on vacation.After returning to the house, police found the remains they say were so badly decomposed, they couldn't tell whether the victim was a man or a woman. One man was arrested in the case, but charges have yet to be filed. 626
