CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) – Fire crews Wednesday night responded to a brush fire in Chula Vista amid dry conditions. According to California Highway Patrol, the fire started off of Interstate 805 North near E Street around 8:42 p.m. CHP says the fire may have started in a homeless encampment.
