(CNN) -- President Donald Trump said Friday that athlete and activist Colin Kaepernick, a former quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers who's now a free agent, should be allowed an opportunity to play again in the National Football League — but "only if he's good enough.""Frankly, I'd love to see Kaepernick come in — if he's good enough," the President told reporters at the White House on Friday. "But I don't want to see him come in because somebody thinks it's a good PR move. If he's good enough, he will be in."On Wednesday, Kaepernick posted a video on his Twitter account of him working out to show that he's ready to play again if given the chance.Trump added that he knows many of the NFL team owners."If he's good enough, they'd sign him," Trump said. "So if he's good enough, I know these people, they would sign him in a heartbeat. They will do anything they can to win games."Trump weighing in on Kaepernick's prospects in the NFL come after he has frequently derided Kaepernick for his role in sparking the movement during the 2016 NFL season of kneeling during the National Anthem to protest police brutality and racism. (KGTV) — A federal judge has denied Stone Brewing's request for a preliminary injunction in its lawsuit against MillerCoors over its Keystone Light product cans.Stone's motion to dismiss MillerCoors' counterclaims were also denied. The injunction would have prevented MillerCoors from using the rebranded cans during trial, according to IP and craft beer attorney Brendan Palfrey. The Court’s order confirms what we knew: that MillerCoors should be ashamed of what they have been doing. All along this has been a clear-cut infringement case, and now we can focus our resources on proving the significant damages done to the good name of Stone Brewing," Koch said.Stone CEO Dominic Engels added, "We are pleased that the Court recognized the validity of Stone’s infringement claims. (KGTV) - A 3.5-magnitude near Palomar Mountain rattled parts of North San Diego County Saturday.The quake struck about 24 miles east of Temecula just before 12:30 p.m. Saturday, according to the USGS. (KGTV) — Disney officials say the company's California parks are prepared to reopen as soon as the state gives guidance for theme parks to open their doors.During a roundtable discussion with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Wednesday, Disney World’s chief operating officer Jim MacPhee said the California theme parks are "ready to roll" once they are given the chance to reopen.“Disneyland has been ready to roll since July awaiting guidance from the state's governor on what the reopening protocols will be,” said MacPhee.RELATED: SeaWorld San Diego prepares to reopen with Zoo Days eventOfficials from Universal Studios who were also at the roundtable echoed the same preparedness."We're awaiting our park in Hollywood, as with Disney and SeaWorld, with respect to the state of California and the governor and when we'll be able to reopen. Disneyland, California Adventure, and Universal Studios have all been shuttered since March due to the pandemic.
