  北京痛风要注意些什么

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Steve Fiorina has been at 10News for 35 years and, in that time, has covered some incredible victories. San Diego applauded when the Padres went to the World Series in '84, facing the Detroit Tigers. And again in '98 to take on the New York Yankees. No championship rings but the Pads made it to the grand stage. The Chargers hit the pinnacle with their '94 season, Super Bowl XXIX in Miami, January, 1995; San Francisco 49ers versus the San Diego Chargers.10News put out the word that we would simulate a road trip to Miami, flying into six cities you would pass through if driving the route. Chargers fans meeting us all along the way.People lining the street to welcome us and a massive rally at the high school gym.And the Chargers fight song rang out, too. The refrain repeated the next day in New Orleans.Final destination: Miami. A lopsided loss; 49ers trounced our guys, 49 to 26, but it was an electrifying time for Chargers fans.Every year the Padres home opener is a day-long party. Before Petco Park was built, we flew to Baltimore to illustrate the charm of Camden Yards; the template for our new ballpark.A personal thrill--seeing Tony Gwynn presented his 6th Silver Slugger award from another Hall of Famer; my boyhood baseball idol, the Cardinals' Stan the Man Musial.Last year, watching as a crowd of fans paid tribute to Mr. Padre. Tony's statue now gracing the Lake Poway Park near where he made his home.San Diego cherishes it's military; the Padres inviting and saluting our service men and women. And who can forget the pageantry of Opening Day at Del Mar Racetrack?Comic Con is magnificent! Almost a week of fun and fantasy every summer.Let's go back to 1985, when the Christian Emergency Relief Team out of Carlsbad invited us along on a mission of mercy. Flying to Honduras, along the border during the Nicaraguan War. These Angels of the Jungle built a hospital and treated these fragile refugees. There are angels out in force every spring at the Embarcadero Marina Park North. The Celebration of Champions honors the doctors and nurses at Rady Children's Hospital and raises the spirits of hundreds of children and their families fighting to live healthy, happy lives. Sports figures and media types running with these champions and honoring those tearfully paying homage to the ones who've passed. It's an emotional day.4th of July is a blast! Thousands descend on Scripps Ranch each year. Snow Summit was a bit colder but a fabulous time as well. Finally we remember a little Lakeside girl: an Angel in Heaven, Hero on Earth, Forever in our Hearts. Kiera Larsen was ten years old when the family SUV began rolling down the driveway toward her playmates. She ran over and pushed two younger friends to safety but was crushed to death herself. Kiera was recognized with a Carnegie Hero medal and a personal letter from then President Barack Obama. We celebrate Kiera. 2918

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego’s boating community is stepping up to help a family who lost their floating home in a fire. The boat, Both/And World, caught fire while docked at the Shelter Island Marina Saturday just before 3 p.m. "I was just merely walking off of the boat and saw the smoke, thought it was a barbecue then the kids started screaming on the dock and saw the black smoke and knew it was time to react,” said witness Charlie Colson. The man who lived on the boat with his family grabbed a small hose and tried to put out the flames, Colson said. People on shore grabbed a larger hose and had most of the flames knocked down by the time firefighters arrived. Colson said the family, which includes the man’s wife and 6-year-old son with special needs, had just moved on to the boat last week. The only salvageable items were the boy’s stuffed Donald Duck and his iPad. According to Colson, the flames were sparked by a lithium battery on a charger. Investigators have yet to release the official cause of the fire. “It’s gonna change their plans for a little but it’ll all work out,” said Colson. “The lucky part: no one was hurt; no other boats damaged; family’s okay, other than being rattled.” Colson believes the boat is a total loss. However, the sailing community has offered other boats to the family. 1328

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — Stephanie Eppig didn't sleep much last night. She was busy transforming her business model - under a very tight deadline.“I had to redo the entire schedule, try to line up a food partnership, change our hours,” she said.Eppig co-owns Eppig Brewing, with locations in vista and Point Loma.It was getting back up to speed just in time for July, its busiest month .Then, the devastating news Monday - the county - placing strict new limits on bars, breweries and wineries, to stop the increased spread of the coronavirus. The Vista location - back to Curbside pickup only. As for Point Loma, all guests coming will be required to order food, prepared by a food truck on site.“It's really a punch in the gut right now for us and our employees,” Eppig said. “It’s awful because this is our livelihood and this is our employees’ livelihood and we have zero control over our ability to run our business.”To make matters worse, Eppig already exhausted all the money from her federal Paycheck Protection Program loan - which got the brewery through the first shut down. There's no new agreement on a second round of stimulus.Attorney Kelly DuFord Williams, managing partner at Slate Law Group, says businesses can talk to their banks about lending opportunities - but that involves risk.“Either the government in California or if the Federal Government is going to make that decision, they need to fund another round of P.P.P., so that people can keep their jobs, and people's mental health and family life can have some sort of stability,” said DuFord Williams, who represents small businesses and restaurants.County Supervisor Nathan Fletcher said Tuesday that he is hopeful federal officials will continue to provide economic support for impacted businesses and workers. The employees who went back to work and need unemployment once again will have to rectify for the benefits, the state Employment Development Department said. They can reopen their existing claims for a year, assuming they haven’t exhausted the money. The best ways to do so is online. 2072

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Scripps Research is partnering with transit and healthcare workers to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus.Scientists started analyzing data from smart watches and fitness trackers in March to detect if someone is infected with a virus like COVID-19 before they are aware of it.“When your heart beats faster than usual, it can mean that you’re coming down with a cold, flu, coronavirus or other viral infection." Jennifer Radin, PhD, Epidemiologist at Scripps Research says sleep and activity levels are good indicators as well.Dr. Radin is leading the study and said the coronavirus was the impetus to get the project off the ground. Dr. Radin said detection is key to save lives and stop the spread."If we can know where these hot spots are quicker and faster, public health officials can respond quicker," she said. Currently, she said data from the CDC takes a couple weeks. The activity monitors allow scientists at Scripps Research to have instant access to trends. The study chose frontline workers because, "due to the nature of their jobs, transit and healthcare workers are at higher risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other contagious respiratory illnesses,” Dr. Radin, PhD, said. Monica Valencia is a Senior Transit Store Clerk at MTS and lost her father in law Friday to COVID-19. He just turned 60 and had symptoms a week before he was admitted to the hospital. She said two weeks after he was admitted he was gone."I want to do anything and everything I can so every other family can avoid this situation." She said she was glad to hear about the study and hope it helps in the future."We have to start somewhere and we have to start documenting things, and starting here it's only going to help things moving forward," she said with determination.Fitbit donated 500 wristbands that scientists distributed to San Diego Metropolitan Transit System workers and nurses and physicians at Scripps Health. So far they study garnered 34,000 participants and Dr. Radin hopes to bring in even more data. Anyone over the age of 18 with a smartwatch or activity tracker, such as a Fitbit device, Apple Watch or Garmin Watch, can join the study, according to their press release. You can learn more about the study and download the MyDataHelps app here.Dr. Radin said this research started way before COVID-19. She published a paper in January analyzing 200,000 fitbit users' data to detect the flu. 2428
