SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) — Prosecutors on Friday filed a terrorist threat charge against a 20-year-old man who said he walked into a Missouri store wearing body armor and carrying a loaded rifle and handgun to test whether Walmart would honor his constitutional right to bear arms.The incident, just days after 22 people were killed during an attack at another Walmart in El Paso, Texas, caused a panic at the Springfield, Missouri, store. Patterson compared the man's actions to "falsely shouting fire in a theater causing a panic."If convicted, the felony charge of making a terrorist threat in the second degree is punishable by up to four years in prison and a fine of up to ,000, according to the prosecutor's office. The rifle had a loaded magazine inserted, but a round was not chambered. Several companies have announced that they will temporarily suspend advertisements on Facebook, joining a movement that claims the social network has been "promoting hate, bigotry, racism, antisemitism and violence."Ben & Jerry's, Pataognia, The North Face, REI and Upwork have all announced that they are joining the #StopHateForProfit movement and suspending ad buys on Facebook platforms.#StopHateForProfit was launched earlier this month as a coalition between several civil rights groups, including the NAACP and the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). LOUIS -- The U.S. Coast Guard has referred the investigation into last month’s deadly sinking of a Missouri tourist boat to federal prosecutors.The accident occurred July 19 at Table Rock Lake near Branson, Missouri. An amphibious duck boat sank amid strong winds, killing 16 passengers and a crew member. Fourteen people survived.Nine of those victims were from on Indianapolis family. Tia Coleman and her nephew, Donovan were the only two members of their family to survive. The legal team for the Coleman family says it “supports the U.S. Coast Guard Marine Board of Investigation referral to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Western Missouri for criminal investigation." Adding, "All those who continue to grieve  support holding fully accountable those responsible for making the deadly decisions that resulted in the catastrophe.”Several investigations are still underway from the National Transportation Safety Board, the Coast Guard and the Missouri Attorney General’s Office.The duck boat attraction owner, Ripley Entertainment, says it is cooperating with the investigations. 1115
