LAKE MURRAY (CNS) - A 48-year-old man was taken to a hospital with multiple major fractures after hitting a Subaru WXR on the 5000 block of Campanile Drive, authorities said today.A 20-year-old behind the wheel of the car pulled out of an alley in front of the 2011 Kawasaki motorcycle, at 7:45 p.m. Saturday, while trying to drive north, according to Officer Robert Heims, with the San Diego Police Department.The motorcyclist was westbound on Montezuma Road and made a left turn southbound onto Campanile Drive, where the biker hit the car, Heims said.The driver of the Subaru had no injuries. (KGTV) -- Several hundred people peacefully marched in La Jolla Friday afternoon in support of the Black Lives Matter movement and to protest systemic racism.The group gathered at La Jolla Cove and then walked to Windansea Beach as they held white carnations to signify peace.It wasn't immediately clear how long the protest would be held.The protest is one of several local demonstrations that have been held in San Diego County over the last few weeks. Law enforcement authorities are searching for a man who's suspected of threatening to shoot President Donald Trump.Shawn Richard Christy, of McAdoo, Pennsylvania, was last seen in Cumberland, Maryland, Sunday night driving a stolen vehicle, according to the authorities.The US Marshals Service is offering ,000 for information leading to Christy's arrest. Christy has been wanted on a June 19 federal warrant, accused of posting threats on Facebook against the President and Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli.According to officials, Christy posted, "Keep it up Morganelli, I promise I'll put a bullet in your head as soon as I put one in the head of President Donald J. Trump."Christy is a 27-year-old white man who stands at 5 feet 10 inches and weighs about 160 pounds, according to a flyer released by the FBI. He has short dark blond hair, a large tattoo on his right upper arm of a "pointed cross and barbed wire," and speaks with a distinct lisp.Kentucky State Police said that upon reviewing surveillance footage it appears on Aug. 9 Christy stole a green 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a black hood from the residence of Timothy Gilliam. Gilliam is the brother of Dakota Meyer, a Medal of Honor recipient and former husband of Bristol Palin.Christy could be driving another stolen vehicle at this point, according to authorities.Christy is also wanted on Pennsylvania state warrants for "burglary, probation violation, and failure to appear for an aggravated assault case," according to the marshals, and threatened to use "full lethal force on any law enforcement officer that tries to detain me."The FBI, US Secret Service and US Marshals Service are seeking the public's assistance in locating Christy, who is armed and dangerous and should not be approached. LA JOLLA, Calif. (KGTV) — Police are on the hunt for a man who they say set a La Jolla home on fire before pointing a gun at construction crews. Friday morning, Teresa Zlokarnik woke up to an odd smell coming from across the street. “I don’t know where it was coming from, but I saw smoke, and I saw the firemen going into the house,” Zlokarnik said. For the last few months, she saw the home on the other side of the street go from rubble to almost done. But not anymore. At 9:45 a.m., San Diego Fire Rescue responded to an attic fire, set intentionally.“What? An arson? That’s scary. Oh my God,” Zlokarnik said. The homeowner, who asked not to be identified, claimed he knows who did it. “He didn’t show up for three days, and I fired him,” the homeowner said. The homeowner said he believes the suspected arsonist is a disgruntled former employee who was hired to work on the sheet rock. But when the man came to the site Friday morning and saw his replacements at work, he set the attic on fire. In his 40 years of renovating homes, the homeowner said he has never seen this kind of reaction from an employee, current or former.“He said, ‘My price is my price and if not, you are going to hear from me!’ So I heard from him this way,” the man said. He added that the new subcontractors were held at gunpoint. They waited until the suspect left to call 911.The home on Palomino Circle was supposed to be on the market July 1, 2019, for .9 million.
