SEOUL, Oct. 31 (Xinhua) -- China and the Republic of Korea (ROK) on Saturday signed a host of deals ranging from trade to people-to-people exchanges as the two East Asian neighbors cemented their strategic cooperative partnership.

Themed "Africa-China Progressing Together: Win-Win Cooperation for Common Development," the summit is the second of its kind under the 15-year-old framework of the FOCAC, which groups China, 50 African countries that have established diplomatic ties with China, and the Commission of the African Union.

Themed with "collective action for inclusive and robust growth," the summit, held in the Turkish resort city of Antalya, is expected to enhance global confidence and ensure strong, sustainable and balanced growth for the world economy.

The Vietnamese side agrees with China on maintaining close exchanges at various levels between the two parties and the two countries, promoting sustainable growth of bilateral trade, and advancing the alignment of the "Two Corridors and One Economic Circle" plan and the Belt and Road Initiative, Trong said.
