SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — While Willy Wonka isn't expected to show up to San Diego Comic-Con, his famous promotion will appear before hungry fans.For the fourth year, the San Diego Convention Center has created its own chocolate bars that will be sold inside the center during Comic-Con, the center announced this week. A total of 3,800 chocolate bars will be made and sold near Ballroom 20 for each.But the real surprise comes underneath the wrapper for four lucky fans. 10NEWS' COMIC-CON CENTRALThe convention center has hidden four "golden tickets" inside the bars, according to the center. Those who find a golden ticket will be award a 0 Starbucks gift card — the perfect treat for an SDCC attendee.This year's four themed flavors include "Stranger Smores" (milk chocolate, crispy waffles, and maple syrup marshmallows), "Battle Bar" (dark chocolate and raspberry crisps), "Dragon Smoke" (smoked dark chocolate and chipotle dust), and "50/30" (sprinkles, birthday cake, and white chocolate).The last bar was named in commemoration of the 50th SDCC and convention center's 30th anniversary. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — With bars that don’t serve food shut down as of Wednesday, some employees may be finding themselves in need of unemployment benefits just days after they stopped collecting them.Some San Diego County bars got just 19 days to operate before they were shuttered again, but that’s plenty of time for employees to have their unemployment benefits lapse.The good news is that individuals don’t have to start entirely from square one.REBOUND: Search for job openings in San Diego County “It should be less time-consuming this go around,” said Andrew Picard with the San Diego Workforce Partnership, a local non-profit agency that supports job-seekers with training, but is not in charge of processing unemployment benefits.It turns out, if you stop certifying for unemployment benefits for even one week, your claim goes inactive and must be reopened.The state suggests reopening a claim on UI Online, which can be done at any time. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — U.S. Customs and Border Protection says officers seized more than 43,000 pounds of drugs at California ports of entry in June.Across six ports of entry along California's border with Mexico, CBP says officers stopped attempts to smuggle 34,685 lbs. of marijuana, 7,661 lbs. of methamphetamine, 635 lbs. of cocaine, 166 lbs. of heroin, and 165 lbs. of fentanyl in June. The total street value of the narcotics is more than million.The narcotics were found strapped to individuals' bodies and hidden in areas of vehicles, like gas tanks, trunks, seats, and quarter panels, according to CBP."These are impressive results and no matter what is occurring in the country, CBP officers remain vigilant," said San Diego CBP Director of Field Operations, Pete Flores. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Police are searching for a man they say disappeared from a San Diego assisted living facility Sunday morning and hasn’t returned.According to police, 81-year-old Gilbert Trevisio was last seen at the residence located on the 4000 block of Marine View Drive around 9:50 Sunday morning.Trevisio has dementia and believes he lives in Yuma, Arizona, police say. Trevisio has been reported missing in the past and was located downtown.Trevisio is described as a Hispanic man, five feet, six inches tall with grey hair and blue eyes.He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, grey sweatpants and black tennis shoes.
