(KGTV) -- A new report is digging into the top jobs with the best career opportunities. According to job site Glassdoor, tax managers have the strongest career opportunity rating. Several other financial roles also scored high on the list, including audit manager and accounting manager. Glassdoor says the accounting field has plenty of strong career opportunities coupled with competitive salaries and numerous open jobs. All factors that paint a bright future for anyone looking to grow their career in the field, the site says. (CNS AND KGTV) - Services for Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year that starts a 10-day period of repentance and contemplation, will be held Monday in San Diego. Rosh Hashana began at sundown Sunday. Services marking the arrival of the year 5780 on the Hebrew calendar feature the blowing of the shofar, a ram's horn mentioned in the Torah and used by ancient Jews in religious ceremonies and as a call to arms and now used at Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur. Rosh Hashana is a time when Jews gather with family members and their communities to reflect on the past year and the one beginning. Celebrants also eat festive meals featuring apples dipped in honey, symbolic of the wishes for a sweet year. Rosh Hashana begins a period of contemplation and repentance culminating in Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, Judaism's most solemn and somber day. During the High Holy Days, Jewish tradition holds that God records the fate of each person for the coming year in the Book of Life, which is sealed at the end of Yom Kippur. (KGTV) - Did the Transportation Department really declare that airlines must allow miniature horses to fly as service animals?Yes.The new guidelines add miniature horses to the list of service animals that can fly in any cabin.The horses stand 2 to 3 feet tall and weigh about 100 pounds.The Department does note that airlines are still allowed to reject animals if they're deemed too large, dirty, or dangerous. 420

(KGTV) — GoFundMe has found itself hosting another border wall related campaign, this time to counter a growing fundraiser to fund President Trump's border wall.The "Ladders to Get Over Trump's Wall" campaign was created to counter a multi-million dollar GoFundMe in support of the border wall. And while it says it's for ladders to get over the wall, it's not in the literal sense.Instead, the campaign says it intends to donate the money raised to legal services to underserved immigrant children, families, and refugees though the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES), a Texas-based nonprofit."We saw some folks are raising money for a border wall to keep out our migrant siblings and fellow human beings, who are fleeing violence and persecution and whose tragically-underpaid labor is essential to the U.S. economy. Seems like a bad idea on countless levels for everyone involved," the campaign writes. "Maybe we should focus on human rights and creating a community that reflects our supposed values."The campaign writes that while literal ladders are not its intention, it's about "lifting people up."As of Thursday at 4:25 p.m., the campaign had raised more than ,000 of its 0 million goal.
