Last seen walking to school, police said it appeared Harley climbed an antennae tower to the roof and entered the chimney.His coat and glasses were found inside the home near a flue and on the second floor of the house.The coroner ruled Harley's cause of death as compressive asphyxia. The Mexican government is looking into taking legal action against the United States after six Mexican nationals were killed and seven others were injured in a mass shooting in El Paso, Texas, Secretary of Foreign Affairs Marcelo Ebrard said Sunday.During a press conference in Mexico City, Ebrard called the shooting an act of terrorism against Mexicans in the US and said the Mexican government will look into whether there is enough evidence to solicit the extradition of the gunman to face charges in Mexico.US authorities have not publicly identified the shooter, but three sources told CNN the suspect is 21-year-old Patrick Crusius of Allen, Texas. The Massachusetts Department of Health confirmed on Friday that a second person in the state has died from Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE), which is a deadly disease carried through mosquito bites. Friday's announced marked the sixth known fatality in the United States this year from EEE. There have been two confirmed cases in Massachusetts, three in Michigan and one in Rhode Island. 2019 marks the deadliest year for EEE in more than a decade, according to the CDC.The vast majority of cases over the last decade have been reported in the eastern half other United States. Only one case, reported in Montana, has occurred in the western United States. “We continue to emphasize the need for people to protect themselves from mosquito bites,” said Massachusetts Public Health Commissioner Monica Bharel, MD, MPH. “The unusually warm weather expected this weekend will increase outdoor activity among people and mosquitoes. It is absolutely essential that people take steps to avoid being bitten by a mosquito.”On average, there are seven confirmed cases a year of EEE in the U.S, according to the CDC. In 2018, there were six cases of EEE with one being fatal. In 2017, there were five cases, two of which fatal. In 2016, there were seven cases, three of them fatal.
