Another is an apartment he owns in Trump Tower in New York, which is at risk of foreclosure, the prosecutors said.The prosecutors also noted that Manafort has "questioned his ability to maintain the payments on all his mortgages" and that members of his family aren't "willing to assume the risk" of helping him.Manafort earned a judge's approval to be released from house arrest two months ago, if he showed proper documentation and could secure a million bail with assets and properties. SINGAPORE (AP) — A Royal Caribbean “cruise to nowhere” has been cut short and the ship has returned to Singapore after an elderly passenger was diagnosed with the coronavirus, but the health ministry later said new tests on the man were negative. The ship had 1,680 passengers and 1,148 crew members onboard.Royal Caribbean and Singapore’s Tourism Board said the 83-year-old passenger tested positive for COVID-19 after reporting to the ship’s medical center with diarrhea and was immediately isolated. But Singapore’s health ministry said later that it retested the man and found him negative. It says it will conduct another test Thursday to confirm his status. "We worked closely with the government to develop a thorough system that tests and monitors all guests and crew and follows public health best practices," a Royal Caribbean representative told CNN. Special counsel Robert Mueller's team has informed President Donald Trump's attorneys that they have concluded that they cannot indict a sitting president, according to the President's lawyer."All they get to do is write a report," Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani told CNN. "They can't indict. At least they acknowledged that to us after some battling, they acknowledged that to us."That conclusion is likely based on longstanding Justice Department guidelines. It is not about any assessment of the evidence Mueller's team has compiled.A lack of an indictment would not necessarily mean the President is in the clear. Mueller could issue a report making referrals or recommendations to the House of Representatives.The inability to indict a sitting president has been the position of the Office of Legal Counsel in the Justice Department since the Nixon administration and reaffirmed in the Clinton administration, but it has never been tested in court.It had been an open question whether, if investigators found potentially criminal evidence against Trump, Mueller's team would try to challenge those Justice Department guidelines.CNN reached out to Mueller's team. They declined to comment.Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein publicly discussed the issue earlier this month at an event held by the Freedom Forum Institute.
