Waffle House says it is closing 420 restaurants across the country.In a Tuesday morning tweet, Waffle House said the vast majority of its locations would remain open.According to a map included in Waffle House's tweet, many of the chain's northernmost locations will close. Two officers in Honolulu have been shot and killed Sunday, Hawai'i Gov. David Ige confirmed. The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports that officers were responding to an assault call near the base of Diamond Head when they encountered a male with a firearm, who then opened fire, striking two officers. The neighborhood where the shooting occurred is at the far end of the Waikiki Beach between the Honolulu Zoo and the famed Diamond Head State Monument.
