RAMONA, Calif. (KGTV) - The young man found shot to death in a Ramona home was identified by his roommate Monday as a resident of Ukraine.San Diego County Sheriff's deputies got a 911 call reporting Sunday at 8 p.m. reporting shots fired near the home on Wood Rock Lane. They found the victim dead inside.Four people live in the home, including Ben Ledbetter. He said the victim, a 20-year-old man, worked for Ledbetter's mobile detailing business for four years. Ledbetter believes he is being targeted and said someone killed his best friend out of anger."He's 100 percent good.  His heart is strong, his will is strong.  His attitude was positive.  You couldn't kill a better person.  He was the best person you could ever know," Ledbetter said.The victim's name is being withheld until his family can be notified.Deputies shut down the area near the home until 1 p.m. Monday to search for evidence. Ledbetter told 10News that detectives took his phone, truck and clothes as part of the investigation.Anyone with information on the incident is urged to contact sheriff’s Homicide Detail at 858-974-2321 or 858-565-5200.   1182

Presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden said during an MSNBC interview on Monday that four Black women are among his finalists to become his running mate.In an interview with Joy Reid on Monday, he said he isn’t tied to picking a woman of color, but he is committed to having a diverse administration.“Black women have supported me my whole career,” Biden told Reid. “I have been loyal and they have been loyal to me — and so it’s important that my administration, I promise you, will look like America.”While he did not mention names, Sen. Kamala Harris has been eyed by many in the Democratic Party as a leading vice presidential candidate. Reports indicate that Toys R Us could be the next retailer to file for bankruptcy.The Wall Street Journal reports that the toy retailer could file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the next few weeks, just a few months out from the crucial holiday season.According to the Journal, the chain's suppliers are hesitant to ship new items before putting money down. The company is facing a debt of billion stemming from a leveraged buyout in 2005.Toys R Us has already received most of its holiday shipments, but could soon be prevented from receiving any additional toys before the shopping season begins.Toys R Us is just one of a number of retailers who have struggled as Americans have started doing more of their shopping online. Rap musician T.I. was not happy to hear that a Florida student was being denied a meal for being 15 cents short on the first day of school. Last week, T.I. announced he was going to pay for the student's school lunch bill, for the entire year. "This s--- is despicable!!!" T.I. tweeted. "This is the kinda s--- that deters kids from coming to school. I’d like to take care of her school lunch for the year. I hate to hear this type of thing happening to our children. Petty a-- peon a--, poor excuse for a grown person."Earlier this month, Kimberly Aiken told WKMG-TV in Orlando that her daughter, a sophomore at University High School in Orange City, Florida, was told that she owed 15 cents when she went through the lunch line. When she told the cashier that she didn't have any money on her, the cashier allegedly threw the food away.Aiken's daughter did not eat anything for the rest of the school day.According to CBS News, Aiken signed her daughter up for a free and reduced-cost lunch program at University High School. However, the program hadn't taken effect yet. Aiken suspects that the 15-cent deficit was carried over from last year.A spokesperson for the Volusia County Public Schools said the district has contacted the family directly about the issue. 1310
