(KGTV) — Riverside County was rattled by a 3.9-magnitude earthquake Tuesday afternoon.The quake hit at about 1:20 p.m. a little more than a mile east of the Wildomar, Calif., area of Riverside County, between Lake Elsinore and Murrieta.
