 DENVER, Colorado — The FBI agent who shot a man at a Denver nightclub when his weapon fell from his waistband while he was performing a backflip is scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning at 11:30 a.m. Eastern to enter a plea. Chase Bishop, 29, faces one count of second-degree assault, a fourth-degree felony. In July, Bishop's attorney revealed that a plea offer had been made to his client.
