A White House official showed CNN documents that the official claims exonerate Dr. Ronny Jackson from some allegations that he inappropriately dispensed pills and that he wrecked a government vehicle after leaving a Secret Service going-away party.The official said Jackson has returned to the White House Medical Unit but has not returned as President Donald Trump's physician. The official says it is unclear if that will happen. Another physician has been serving as the President's doctor since Jackson's nomination.The White House military office pulled records from the General Services Administration showing three different vehicle incidents, all of which occurred during work hours, involving Jackson from 2013 through 2017. The incident reports involve a bus striking Jackson's government vehicle, a car rear-ending his vehicle and a road rage incident involving another driver banging on Jackson's window. There is no evidence in the documents provided that Jackson was drinking on the job. The official says, "there would have to be a massive cover-up or government conspiracy for him to crash a government vehicle without any paperwork."Other records provided are six audits from Walter Reed Medical Center over the last two and a half years that shows the White House Medical Unit was in compliance with securely storing prescription drugs. The routine audits did make procedural recommendations aside from being in compliance with storing medication."There is nothing [in these documents] that would make you think 'candy man' is appropriate," the official said, referring to Democratic Montana Sen. A Milledgeville, Georgia boy was arrested on Friday when a gun discharged from the boy's backpack inside an elementary school, WMAZ-TV reported. The boy attends Lakeview Academy, a school for students in grades 3 through 5. The boy told investigators that he was unaware that there was a gun in his backpack, and that he had never seen the firearm before. The gun reportedly went off as he was going through his backpack in the back of the classroom. After authorities arrived at the school, he was placed under arrest. The boy is facing four charges, according to WMAZ: Carrying a weapon in a school zone; reckless conduct; disrupting or interfering with public school; and possession of a pistol by a person under 18. Baldwin County Sheriff's Maj. Scott Deason told WMAZ that the firearm was a stolen Smith & Wesson 9-millimeter. Deason told the Union Reporter that that student could not explain to investigators how he ended up with the gun.“They questioned the juvenile in the presence of his mother,” Deason told the Union Reporter. “The mother also stated she didn’t know how the gun got into her son’s book bag.”The Union Reporter added that the boy is not allowed back in school until after he goes through the court system. 1320

ALPINE, Calif (KGTV) - An East County woman is recounting the "breathless" moment after she looked in her truck engine and saw a very large rattlesnake.In the backyard of a home along Foss Road sits a 1978 Chevy half-ton truck, Jules Piatek's first-ever vehicle. "I love my truck. I don't want that snake anywhere near me. Holy crap, what is it going to do?" said Piatek.What Piatek did manage to do was take a few photos, before calling up professional snake wrangler Tom Minga. He arrived and used snake tongs to remove it from the engine."It was shady, just in there just hanging out," said Minga.Minga says it was a Southern Pacific, the most common local rattlesnake and about 4-feet long. It's hardly the first oversized rattler of the season. Minga just caught another one a few homes down.A few days ago, 10News reported on the discovery of a 6-foot-long Red Diamond rattler that surprised a woman and her little dog in a Santee backyard.Minga says the giant sizes mean despite the lack of rain this winter, food remains aplenty and the snakes should continue to be an active snake season.
