She is Angel Ryan and the one whose name is in the settlement agreement," Allred told CNN. She said her client was never contacted about Clifford's settlement agreement.Allred would not comment on Ryan's relationship with Clifford, or the timing of her 2016 disclosure being so close to the drafting of Clifford's agreement.Both Clifford and Ryan worked for Wicked Entertainment and both said they attended a 2006 golf outing in Lake Tahoe, also attended by Trump.Clifford said in this week's court filing that she began "an intimate relationship" with Trump that summer, which continued into 2007.At the press conference in October 2016, Ryan, joined by Allred, said she was subjected to unwanted sexual advances by Trump at the golf tournament. She said he kissed her without asking and offered to pay her for sex.Trump campaign officials denied the allegations and said the candidate did not know his accuser.Six days later, Drake's real name appeared in the agreement related to Clifford.Cohen has publicly acknowledged using his own money to facilitate the payment to Clifford in the weeks before the presidential election. He said Trump had no knowledge that he was planning do so or had done so. He said Trump "vehemently denies" Clifford's allegations.The agreement specified three other people with whom Clifford had shared "confidential information." And they start to draw business."That’s exactly why the events center and nightclub behind the freshly-painted wall hires artists like Weil."I think it’s a great way to bring attention, to not just your specific business maybe, but to a neighborhood, to a region," says Andrew Feinstein, owner of EXDO Events Center and Tracks nightclub. “Regardless of what murals cost, it’s absolutely the right investment."And it’s an investment that's paying off, particularly when it comes to presence on social media. But with COVID-19 still a concern, families all over the United States are wondering if it's safe to go trick-or-treating this year.WFTS took those concerns to medical experts with Baycare Health, who say with some added safety precautions, your family can still take part in trick-or-treating, handing out candy and other Halloween festivities.If you plan to welcome trick-or-treaters to your home, instead of handing out candy at your door, consider arranging individual treat bags on a table in your driveway or near the front door for a contact-less hand-off."Instead of having it all in a bucket, where everyone is putting their hands in, lay out a row so that when they come up, they can just grab one and go," said Michelle Sterling, the children's wellness and safety specialist with St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital. "Then, you can refill that row after the little trick-or-treaters leave your house."When it comes to going home-to-home for trick-or-treating, Sterling said be sure to wear a mask when around people who are not part of your household.Also, doctors say Halloween costume masks are not a substitute for a cloth mask unless it is made of two or more layers of fabric and fits snugly around your mouth and nose.Additionally, medical experts say wearing a costume mask over a protective cloth mask can make it difficult to breathe. Instead, they say to consider using a Halloween-themed cloth mask.Doctors also recommend keeping a physical distance of at least six feet from people who are not in your immediate household, using hand sanitizer often, and waiting to eat candy until you are at home and can wash your hands with soap and water.Keep in mind though, updated safety guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention discourages families from taking part in traditional trick-or-treating.Sterling is also offering the following tricks for keeping Halloween a treat for your family during the pandemic:Go all out with the Halloween decorations. Keep it budget-friendly by having your kids help create decorations to hang from windows, trees, mailbox, etc. You could even turn one of your bedrooms into a kid-friendly haunted house.Decorate doors inside your house and let your little ones go trick-or-treating indoors. Get the whole family involved with mom or dad behind one door, an older sibling behind another and grandparents behind yet another door.Set up a Halloween-themed scavenger hunt in and around your house. Provide clues and leave treats along the route.Turn up your spooky Halloween music and have a dance party with your children. When you decide to live in the desert, you most likely understand some of your neighbors will be scorpions.But, a Phoenix woman says her apartment complex near is being overrun by scorpions.She asked KNXV to get involved after she said the management of the Banyantree Apartment was not helping. "That's it when it was by the wall," said LaPorsha Jones, as she showed pictures of scorpions on her phone.Jones said she has lived in the complex since April, and has found dozens of scorpions on her own. She even sought out help from pest control workers on the property. She says they told her something shocking."He caught 1,052 [scorpions] and he said, that's not even half of them," Jones said.On top of the scorpions, we noticed more problems all across Jones's apartment.There was what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom, and more in the window sill in the living room. She pointed out brown water leaking from her refrigerator, and told us she got sick from using the tap water to cook. She now uses only bottled water. Jones said she had asked management to fix all of these issues, as well as the scorpions, but nothing has been resolved.So, our reporter walked into the office and asked for the manager.A woman sitting at the front desk went to get her, but about a minute later there was a major change in tone. That same woman told our crew there would be no interview. They gave us a number to call for a comment, but after calling and leaving a voicemail, no one ever returned our calls for answers.So, we took action and went above their head to get help for this woman. We contacted the city of Phoenix who gave our team a direct number and person that Jones could talk to. 1797
