The man recording the incident claimed that he brought the man into the McDonald's and purchased him a meal."You guys suck... He didn't ask me for food, I saw him across the street and brought him over here for food," Yossi Gallo said. Gallo was then warned that he was being disorderly."I’m getting kicked out of here because I gave a homeless guy food,” Yossi Gallo said on the video he posted. Gallo and the homeless man were removed from the McDonald's by police. Police claim that the homeless man was asking people for money. A claim Gallo disputed. Myrtle Beach Police released a statement involving Wednesday's incident: Officers were dispatched to the location after receiving a call, from an employee of the business, that a male was in the parking lot asking people for money. Upon arriving at the restaurant, an employee approached the officer and indicated the male was inside the establishment. The employee requested the officer issue a trespassing warning and asked that the person leave the premises. The officer advised the male of the request made by the business and issued the warning. A bystander, who was videotaping the incident was also trespassed from the location, at the request of the manager, for what management deemed as disorderly behavior. 1858

Nearly 200 feral horses were found dead in Gray Mountain, an unincorporated town on Navajo land in Coconino County, Arizona.Navajo Nation President Russell Begaye and Vice President Jonathan Nez traveled to Tuba City on Wednesday to address the situation, where 191 horses were found dead in a stock pond.President Begaye said their deaths are due to drought and famine."This tragic incident exemplifies the problem the Navajo Nation faces in an overpopulation of feral horses," Begaye said. Over the years, Gray Mountain has seen an uptick in feral horses. For instance, there's an estimated amount of 50,000 to 70,000 feral horses on the Navajo Nation. Government officials are at the site to keep the area closed off and prevent diseases from being spread, a press release said. The area will be fenced off permanently and the horses will be buried onsite after officials considered multiple factors."The horses are anywhere from thigh to neck deep in the mud," said Nina Chester, a government spokeswoman. More than three weeks after the Parkland, Florida, school shooting, the White House is expected to unveil some proposals on guns and school safety."The President and White House are going to be laying out more specifics -- it's going to be a series of proposals," White House principal deputy press secretary Raj Shah said on ABC's "This Week."Shah said the proposals will be legislative and administrative and also will include recommendations for states. The White House will also be forming a task force to study the issue, Shah said.Shah avoided answering whether the White House will call for universal background checks, which President Donald Trump has said he would support, and instead spoke about improving the current background check system. NATIONAL CITY, Calif. (KGTV) -- A car flipped into the front yard of a home in National City late Sunday night, police say. According to police, the crash happened on the 2500 block of Ridgeway Drive around 11:30 p.m. Police say the driver of the vehicle somehow lost control of the vehicle, flipping over and landing in the front of the home. The car then caught fire, but crews were able to quickly extinguish the flames before they spread. According to police, the crash took out a fence, street sign and a mail box. The driver fled the scene after the crash, sparking a hit-and-run investigation. 609
