Their security team also goes to other churches to educate them on what they can do."When bad things have happened we have never presumed that God is done with us... We cling to hope, we clean ourselves up and dust ourselves off, and we put one foot in front of the other, and we keep on going... SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Police Monday arrested a suspect they say beat a 72-year-old man with a crowbar during a carjacking. Police say Daniel Dubois, 33, was arrested for the incident. According to police, the incident happened on the 5000 block of Kesling Street in Clairemont Mesa East around 9:47 a.m. Monday. Police say the 72-year-old drove up to his home only to find a man trying to break into his garage with a crowbar. Police say the victim suffered major head injuries in the attack. The incident happened less than a week after an 87-year-old man was beaten by three men who broke into his Clairemont home. The victim in that attack says he was working on a ceiling fan with the door open when the suspects stormed in. 974

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — More than 400,000 people in San Diego County have already cast their ballot for the November election."We are unprecedented, unchartered, in so many different ways in historic numbers of mail-in ballots that are coming back to our office," said Michael Vu with the San Diego Registrar of Voters. Saturday, Vu said the registrar had received 432,000 ballots have been cast. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — One man was arrested and another man was injured after a violent argument at a Gaslamp convenience store.San Diego Police say a customer at the 7-11 store at 515 5th Ave. was causing a disturbance at about 9 a.m. Saturday. Another customer confronted the man inside the store and the confrontation escalated into a fight.At one point, the 31-year-old suspect stabbed the 52-year-old victim in the left side of his abdomen, police said.The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries and police arrested the suspect, though their identities were not released. 614
