CHENGDU, July 20 (Xinhua) -- A senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has urged political and legal organs to give full play to their role and better serve the public.

The launch of the campaign is an urgent need for arming the whole Party with the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, advancing Party building in the new era, maintaining the Party's close ties with the people, as well as achieving the goals and accomplishing the tasks put forward at the 19th CPC National Congress, according to Xi.

He also spoke highly of the vaccine administration law, saying the law will provide powerful legal weapons for protecting people's health.

"This performance was mainly achieved on the back of continued dynamic growth in China, where the BMW Group delivered 1,686,631 BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce brand vehicles to customers, outperforming the market as a whole with a significant increase of 10.2 percent," said the report.

The decision was made at the State Council's executive meeting chaired by Premier Li Keqiang on Wednesday.
