(KGTV) - In a vigil of hope held Friday night, at least 60 people shared their homes that an El Cajon teen who is reported missing in Phoenix would soon be found. Nineteen-year-old Kiera Bergman grew up in El Cajon and went to Valhalla High School, her aunt, Mindy Tarantino told 10News. The teen moved to Phoenix earlier this year with her boyfriend. Bergman's roommate reported her missing Monday when she didn’t return home and had not shown up to work.“We were told she left her house without her purse, without her car, why would she do that,” Tarantino said. “This isn't in her character. She doesn't stop communicating with people.”Kiera’s mother and sister are in Phoenix waiting for any word from the police. Meantime, her family and friends in El Cajon lit candles and prayed for her safe return.“We haven’t slept in this whole week. Browns owners Dee and Jimmy Haslam, told reporters the hope is to have about "13,000 to 14,000 fans would be permitted, or about 20% of capacity," in an August interview.Dallas Cowboys: On Aug. 12, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, announced fans would be allowed at AT&T Stadium this season. He said he's confident that fans would follow safety precautions. Jones didn't release a specific number but Texas currently allows 50-percent capacity for sporting events. That would equal 40,000 fans in the stadium.Denver Broncos: On July 15, the team notified season ticket holders that stadium capacity would likely be reduced this year.Detroit Lions: The team says some fans will be allowed in the stands but are still unsure of how many. DULZURA, Calif. (CNS) -- Firefighters were working Tuesday to extinguish a brush fire that has charred at least 100 acres of vegetation near the U.S.-Mexico border.The so-called Border 11 Fire was reported around 8:30 p.m. Monday in a mountainous area west of Marron Valley and south of Dulzura, Cal Fire Capt. Issac Sanchez said, adding that no homes or structures were immediately threatened.The fire was located in an area that was difficult to access, but heavy cloud cover and high humidity Tuesday morning was helping to keep the flames at bay, Sanchez said.Crews requested an air attack to help crews on the ground, but aircraft were unable to fly Tuesday morning because of the heavy cloud cover, he said. A better estimate about the size of the fire will be available once air crews are able to survey the area.The cause of the fire was under investigation.As of 3:30 p.m., the fire was 60 percent contained. 926

EL CAJON, Calif. (KGTV) -- Dozens of dogs and cats landed in El Cajon today, after a flight from Louisiana to Gillespie Field. In July, rescue partners at Acadiana Animal Aid in Lafayette, LA helped rescue animals following floods in the area. This month, they've teamed up with the Wings of Rescue to help overcrowded shelters.  The 75 to 90 animals will go to The Rescued Dog, Labradors and Friends Rescue, San Diego Humane Society, and the Rancho Coastal Humane Society.  512

EL CENTRO, Calif. (KGTV) - Two earthquakes shook the Imperial County city of El Centro Monday night. The first quake, which measured a 4.0 magnitude, was 1 kilometer east-northeast of the city at 6:13 p.m. The second quake was a 3.7 about 30 seconds later.A check of the U.S. Geological Survey's 'Did You Feel It' map showed shaking was reported in Calexico, about 12 miles away, and Yuma, Arizona.RELATED: Is there such a thing as earthquake weather?The quakes were "very quick", said an El Centro hotel clerk who did not wish to be identified.A server at Denny's said the shaking made his customers stand up out of concern, but no one was hurt.While no major damage has been reported, the quakes were strong enough to shake overhead lights and topple monitors on display at Staples, according to clerk Krosby Rider. 825
