A woman was arrested and charged after trying to attack a Burger King clerk over the wrong order in Livonia, Michigan, back in January.According to police, the woman got food from the Burger King and then came back the next day, demanding a refund because one of her burgers had tomatoes on it. Police say the clerk told the woman they could give her food or a credit, but couldn't give her money back.Police then say the woman got angry and threw the cookie rack at the clerk, tried to climb over the counter and threw a wet floor sign. It was all caught on surveillance video seen above.Eventually, the woman left but came back and threw food at the clerk's face. Less than two weeks after the Burger King incident, the woman also caused a disturbance at a Cricket Wireless store in Warren, Michigan. Police say she was disrupting display cases and stole a phone, and that she was mad she didn't get a phone with her new contract.In Livonia, she was charged with assault and battery, obstruction of justice, disorderly conduct and malicious damage of property. Actor and comedian Tim Conway, best known for his work on "The Carol Burnett Show," died on Tuesday morning in Los Angeles, according to his publicist.Conway was 85.He had been battling a longtime illness prior to his death, Howard Bragman, Conway's representative, told CNN. He was not suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's disease, Bragman said.Conway won three Emmys for co-starring in "The Carol Burnett Show," which ran from 1967 to 1978, and a fourth as a member of its writing team. An African American woman says she was discriminated against at J. Alexander’s restaurant in West Bloomfield, Michigan, when she was asked to give up her seat to a white man and refused service. She is calling for the termination of all employees involved. Lia Gant, her attorney Maurice Davis, and Jerrick Jackson, another patron at the restaurant last Thursday who says he was called the N-word, held a press conference Monday. “We refuse to backslide into a nation where black people are told to give up their seat to white people, where black people are denied services at restaurants,” said Davis. Thursday’s incident began when a white bartender asked Lia Gant and her friend to give up their seats at the bar for two white men, according to Gant. When Gant refused, the bartender took her drink and poured it down the sink. “I immediately got up and went to management and she said I shouldn’t be upset because the drink wasn’t thrown on me,” said Gant. Gant said she paid the bill after the manager refused to remove it. "I was racially profiled. I was told to move out of my seat for two other white men to be seated," she said. Meanwhile, Jackson said he was also discriminated against on the same day, when a white patron called him the N-word and told him to leave after he complained to management about poor service. Video was recorded as the white customer yelled at Jackson, hurled food, and nearly struck Gant’s friend in the face. When West Bloomfield police arrived, Jackson says the restaurant employees concealed the identity of the patron who threw food at them. “We will fight to ensure that J. Alexander’s is held accountable for denying our client’s rights to a public accommodation in violation of her fundamental civil rights,” said Davis in a release. A Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, neighborhood had plenty to talk about Monday morning!A large gator was found in a swimming pool at a home in the Marlwood Estates community on Graemoor Terrace, and had to be removed.Video from a neighbor shows a trapper hauling the huge reptile out of the pool and dragging it across the lawn.It's unclear how the gator got into the fenced yard, or how big it is.Vanessa Schultz said she was walking her kids to the bus stop around 7:15 a.m. Monday when she was told a large alligator was in her neighbor's pool. "It was big, really big," said Schultz, who captured images of the alligator. "I was totally in panic. When I saw the alligator I was scared."Schultz said she’s lived in Marlwood Estates for three years and has only seen a gator there once before. She said the an alligator was spotted in a lake last year behind her property.Schultz, a mother of three, thinks the gator in the pool was likely 9 feet long and over 300 pounds."It totally concerns me. So now I’m scared and I don’t want to leave my kids outside playing in the backyard," said Schultz. "I also need to check the pool and check before going outside the house."The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said the gator was 9 feet long, and was relocated to a farm."It concerns me.
