Grand jury matters in the federal court system are typically kept secret, unless a witness decides to speak about the subpoenas they receive or their experience testifying.However, the case has still been one of the most secretive in years to progress through the court system.It apparently included two face-offs between special counsel office prosecutors and the unnamed company's private attorneys.After losing at the trial level, the DC Circuit Court closed a floor of the courthouse during appellate arguments to keep the identities of the arguing attorneys completely under wraps.The company has kept nearly all its filings secret -- with the exception of a log of when it submits information to the appeals courts.Though the Supreme Court allows for cases like this to be secret in their early requests, the high court has never heard a known case where all parties and arguments stayed confidential. 1907

According to Schilhabel, he and his wife Courtney were traveling via United Airlines to the Dominican Republic for their honeymoon. Schilhabel says he booked his flights through Costco's travel program, and was scheduled to travel from Los Angeles to the Dominican Republic with a connecting flight in Chicago. The Schilhabel's were also scheduled for the same route coming home. According to Schilhabel, when they landed, the plane did not have an aisle chair to transport him off the plane. Schilhabel says his wheelchair is too big to fit down the aisle of a plane. Schilhabel says United Airlines also did not have a ramp or elevator to help him off the plane and only had stairs. According to Schilhabel, he had to scoot down the aisle "on his butt" and then had to hop down "step by step" to get to his wheelchair. Then on the Schilhabel's connecting flight in Chicago after the honeymoon, United Airlines also did not have an aisle chair. This time, Schilhabel says he and his wife had seats in the back of the plane. Schilhabel says he had to "scoot all the way down on my butt." On one of the flights, one of the flight attendants picked Shilhabel up and carried him down the aisle so he could catch his connecting flight. When 23ABC spoke to Schilhabel, he called the whole experience "humiliating."Schilhabel says on his last six flights with United Airlines, they were either "late with getting an aisle chair" or did not have an aisle chair. The small mountain town of Leadville, Colorado has its own one-man welcome wagon. He’s volunteered his own time for four years, greeting those driving through, and how he does it captures everyone’s eye. “My name is Jim Duke, and I am the official town greeter,” he says. He wears a long tail coat, a top hat and sports an impressive gray beard. “I go out and meet people on the street, and welcome them into town,” Duke says. “I let them know they’re family.”Duke says he dresses up as someone would back in the 1800s, to give more character to the town. “Really, my favorite part about doing all of this is to bring a smile to people’s faces,” the greeter says. “I’m not just some nut out here. I love the town. I was the unofficial town greeter, until the mayor named me the official greeter three years ago.”Duke said he does this because he wants people to love the town and see what he sees. “I see beauty, I see the people and I see love in this town,” Duke says.
