SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — The first drivable, life-size LEGO Technic car will be on display through the holidays at Legoland California.The model featuring the Bugatti Chiron weighs one and a half tons and is a 1:1 replica of the world's fastest supercar. It took Lego builders more than 13,000 hours and more than 1 million Lego Technic pieces to recreate and assemble the car's sleek design and lines.While the actual Chiron can reach a record-setting top speed of 304 mph, this version can travel up to about 18 mph, according to the park. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- The man accused of killing his wife in their City Heights apartment appeared in court Tuesday. Bail was set at million at the arraignment for Abdiaziz Kerow, 45, who was arrested in Panama on March 20 and extradited to San Diego.Kerow is accused of killing his 36-year-old wife, Muna Salad Kuri. Kuri’s sister found the victim’s body in a bed in the couple’s home on the 4000 block of Van Dyke Avenue on March 4. Hundreds of Kuri's family members as well as members of the community attended the arraignment. So many people showed up, the courtroom was unable to accommodate the crowd. "My sister is in heaven. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- The man accused of opening fire into a Hillcrest business has been found incompetent to stand trial. Stefano Markell Parker, 29, was facing attempted murder charges in San Diego in connection with the shooting at Golden Dragon Asian Bistro in February of 2019. Witnesses in the area that night described a man they say stood outside the restaurant armed with a rifle and opened fire. No one was shot. Witnesses say the gunman then changed clothes, providing a description. Police arrested Parker in the area later in the night. A spokesperson at the Jefferson County Jail in Alabama previously confirmed to 10News that Parker was in custody in recent years. In 2016, he was arrested in Alabama for possession of marijuana and drug trafficking charges. In 2017, he faced charges of distributing methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. Court records also show that Parker faced capital murder charges when he was a teenager in connection with a shooting from a vehicle. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - The FBI’s Violent Task Crimes Force asked for the public’s help Monday to find a man known as the “Burgundy Bandit” and wanted for nine robberies in San Diego, La Mesa, and El Cajon.In each robbery, the man entered the business and approached an employee, flashing a gun hidden in his waistband, the FBI said in a news release.The man demanded money and walked away. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- The family of Kimberly Fattorini is suing former San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman in connection with her fatal overdose, according to a TMZ Sports report.Fattorini's parents claim Merriman drugged and assaulted their daughter before she died at a house party in 2017, the report says.In a statement, Merriman's representatives said they are unaware of the lawsuit and that the original police investigation found no wrongdoing by the former NFL star.Her parents say Fattorini and her friends were invited to a club promoter's house party, and that Merriman "was allegedly witnessed carrying a bottle with some sort of liquid inside."At some point during the party, she texted the promoter saying, "you friend just poor'd half G in my drink," the lawsuit says. Her "parents believe G refers to GHB," the TMZ report says.Per the report, Fattorini's parents claim that first responders found her unresponsive and "half naked with jeans unzipped and buttoned" at a party in Los Angeles.
