FORTALEZA, Brazil, July 14 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived here on Monday for a summit of the BRICS countries.
The bank, to be headquartered in Shanghai, is aimed at "mobilizing resources for infrastructure and sustainable development projects in BRICS and other emerging and developing economies."
The corrections must be finished before the end of October, and the results will be publicized after being reported to the top legislature, according to a statement from the meeting, which was presided over by Premier Li Keqiang.
