JOHANNESBURG, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed here Friday that his country and Africa lift their relationship to a comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership and join hands to open a new era of win-win cooperation and common development.

HANOI, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks here Thursday with General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong, and they agreed to push forward their countries' comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.
A new discipline inspection commission will be established within the CMC, and disciplinary inspectors will be sent to CMC departments and battle zone commands, according to the reform plan.
"We are convinced that the upcoming summit will promote South-South cooperation, encourage North-South dialogue, and help move the international governance system towards greater equity and fairness," Xi said.
