LOS ANGELES (KGTV) – Two children inside an RV involved in an hours-long chase and standoff with a domestic violence suspect were safely recovered Tuesday night, authorities reported. The children in the vehicle are said to be 11-months-old and 3-years-old. Authorities are still searching for the suspect. The driver of the RV was involved in another pursuit in Santa Clarita that was canceled for safety concerns Tuesday, KABC reported.The chase started on surface streets but the suspect later entered the 101 Freeway followed by the 170.The suspect drove at normal speeds between 60 and 70 miles per hour. LOS ANGELES (CNS) - One of the suspects accused of killing an 84-year- old woman at the Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula is said to be the sister of newly signed Los Angeles Clippers star forward Kawhi Leonard, it was reported Saturday.On Aug. 31, Kimesha Monae Williams, 35, and Candace Tai Townsel, 39, allegedly followed Afaf Anis Assad of Long Beach into a bathroom, where the duo attacked and robbed her, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.An aunt of Williams told the Riverside Press-Enterprise that Williams and Leonard are siblings.John Hall, spokesman for the Riverside County District Attorney's Office, would not confirm the relationship to the newspaper.Assad was found unconscious on the bathroom floor and later died of her injuries at Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar.Sheriff's officials said Williams and Townsel stole Assad's purse, which contained 0 to ,200 inside."She didn't even get a chance to play," Assad's son-in-law told CBS2. LOS ANGELES (AP) — Arnold Spielberg, father of director Steven Spielberg and a pioneering computer engineer, has died. A family statement says Spielberg died Tuesday in Los Angeles at 103. He co-designed the GE-225 mainframe computer while working for General Electric in the 1950s.
