Reports indicate that Toys R Us could be the next retailer to file for bankruptcy.The Wall Street Journal reports that the toy retailer could file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the next few weeks, just a few months out from the crucial holiday season.According to the Journal, the chain's suppliers are hesitant to ship new items before putting money down. The company is facing a debt of billion stemming from a leveraged buyout in 2005.Toys R Us has already received most of its holiday shipments, but could soon be prevented from receiving any additional toys before the shopping season begins.Toys R Us is just one of a number of retailers who have struggled as Americans have started doing more of their shopping online. Republicans officially nominated President Donald Trump for re-election Monday during an in-person roll call vote at the Republican National Convention in Charlotte.Trump cruised to victory in the GOP primary, as is typical for an incumbent president in a re-election primary. Trump picked up nearly every available delegate in his campaign, losing just a single delegate to former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld.The roll call vote was one of the few in-person events scheduled for the four-day RNC. Prior to the pandemic, Charlotte was scheduled to host all events relating to the convention, but Trump later said he would move portions of the convention to Jacksonville, Florida, citing North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper's hesitancy to lift lockdown restrictions. Trump later canceled the Florida portions of the RNC as cases and deaths in the state spiked.Democrats held a completely virtual convention last week, which included an entirely remote roll-call vote.The nightly programming of the RNC begins on Monday evening at 8:30 p.m, with politicians and other prominent Republicans giving speeches from across the country. President Donald Trump's campaign said Tuesday it has filed for arbitration, accusing Omarosa Manigault Newman, the former campaign aide and White House official, of breaching a 2016 nondisclosure agreement with the campaign.The move is the first legal action the Trump campaign has taken since Manigault Newman published a tell-all book about her time as a Trump campaign adviser and senior White House official."Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. has filed an arbitration against Omarosa Manigault Newman, with the American Arbitration Association in New York City, for breach of her 2016 confidentiality agreement with the Trump Campaign," a Trump campaign official said in a statement to CNN.Manigault Newman embarked in recent days on a publicity tour to promote her newly released book, "Unhinged," in which she reveals private conversations during her time on the campaign and in the White House. President Donald Trump says he will unveil his nominee to replace Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Saturday.Trump tweeted Monday that he will announce his nominee at a White House press conference Saturday at a time to be determined.During an appearance on Fox & Friends on Monday morning, Trump hinted that his nominee could be coming "Friday or Saturday." At the time, Trump said he wanted to pay respect to Ginsburg.Ginsburg will lie in repose at the Supreme Court building on Wednesday and Thursday and will lie in state at the Capitol Building on Friday. She will be buried early next week in a private ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery, days after Trump announces her replacement.Democrats say whoever wins the 2020 presidential election should chose Ginsburg's replacement. In 2016, Republicans blocked President Barack Obama's nominee to replace Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia for nine months, saying that Americans should decide who nominates his replacement.Sen.
