Tour promoter Live Nation has announced its first-ever drive-in concerts series in the U.S. for July, months after the live music industry has been on lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic. The entertainment company on Monday announced “Live from the Drive-In” — a set of nine shows to take place July 10-12 in three different cities. Brad Paisley will headline shows in all three cities, while fellow country artists Darius Rucker and Jon Pardi will also perform in Nashville at Nissan Stadium. Nelly will perform in Maryland Heights, near St. Louis.The 3-day concert series will take place at the Ruoff Music Center in Indiana and Hollywood Casino Amphitheater in Missouri - both are outdoor concert venues - and in the parking lot of Nissan Stadium, where the Tennessee Titans play. Each location will have LED screens and speakers around the lot, according to Live Nation. Ticketing is per vehicle with up to four people inside, and includes access to a parking space and adjoining "tailgate" area. But one of the fiercest rivalry college football games will have to wait a few more weeks due to the massive Camp Fire burning in Northern California. Due to the poor air quality in the Bay Area from the Camp Fire, Saturday's Stanford/California football game has been postponed until Dec. 1. The game will take place one day after the Pac 12 championship game, but both teams have already been eliminated from contention. As of Friday, the Camp Fire has killed at least 63, and hundreds are missing. The game, which was going to be held on California's Berkley campus, is just one of many college sporting events being postponed this weekend due to poor air quality. "We have been carefully tracking air quality in Berkeley and the Bay Area over the past week, relying on the best data and guidance available to us from medical and environmental experts," California's Athletic Director Knowlton said. "The forecasts we have received show a minimal chance of the improvement necessary to hold the game on Saturday. While we would have preferred to play the Big Game on its scheduled date, once we realized that air quality would likely not return to acceptable levels, we made the decision to postpone for the health and safety of our student-athletes, coaches, gameday staff, students, band and spirit groups, alumni and fans."Berkley is located roughly 150 miles from Paradise, which was the epicenter of the Camp Fire.  1481

TRABUCO CANYON, Calif. – A large brush fire burning in the Cleveland National Forest’s Trabuco Canyon is spreading quickly Monday afternoon. The fire, dubbed the Holy Fire, was reported around 1:30 p.m. near Holy Jim Canyon and Trabuco Creek roads, according to KABC.The Orange County Fire Authority said the blaze grew quickly from between seven and 10 acres to at least 700.The fire also destroyed at least one structure and is threatening several communication towers at the top of a nearby hill.The fire is currently burning away from Orange County and those living in the community of Holy Jim were asked to evacuate out of precaution. Cal Fire is assisting in fighting the blaze. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. 765
