(KGTV) - Three people were found dead Sunday at the wreckage site of a plane crash that sparked a fire on Volcan Mountain that began Thursday night, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.The people have not been identified. The victims will be airlifted out of the mountain once conditions are safe, the sheriff's office said. The winds were too high on Sunday to fly to the location.Because of the wildfire that burned at the site of the crash along with difficult conditions, investigators could not reach the site until Sunday.CalFire said the fire is now 100 percent contained and burned 12 acres. Crews will still be mopping up the crash site for several days, CalFire said.About 70 firefighters spent the night into Saturday fighting back flames.Friday, San Diego Sheriff's Department (SDSO) officials said they had located the wreckage of a "possible crash site" in the area, but could not reach it due to the fire. Rapper T.I. was arrested early Wednesday in Henry County, Georgia, outside Atlanta, according to authorities.The musician, whose legal name is Clifford Harris Jr., was arrested outside the gated community where he resides.The Henry County Sheriff's Office said T.I. was cited on misdemeanor charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an alleged incident about 4 a.m. in Stockbridge, south of Atlanta.According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, T.I. did not have his key and argued with a guard, who refused to let him in.He has since posted bond.In a statement provided to CNN, attorney Steve Sadow said T.I. was "wrongfully arrested early this morning when he attempted to gain entrance into his gated community -- where his wife 'Tiny' and his family reside.""The guard was sound asleep when Tip arrived at the guardhouse," Sadow said, using the rapper's nickname. (KGTV) - Over the past week, two different red flag warnings have plagued San Diego's East County communities. The Cornerstone Therapeutic Riding Center in Ramona was suffered damage from a wind storm Tuesday night. The nonprofit therapy center helps veterans and other patients find healing through riding. Owner Judy Beckett said they did everything they could to prepare for the Santa Ana winds, tying down anything loose and putting fly masks on the horses to protect them. 520
