(CNN) - The maker of Taytulla birth-control treatment issued a nationwide recall in the United States on Tuesday over concerns that misplaced capsules in pill packs could cause unintended pregnancies.A physician reported that four placebo capsules were packaged in the wrong order where active capsules should have been, drugmaker Allergan said in a statement.The physician sample pack should have 24 pink capsules with hormones followed by four maroon capsules without hormones, Allergan said. (KGTV) -- A crash on the Coronado Bridge stalled westbound traffic shortly after 6 p.m. Tuesday.Five vehicles were involved in the crash, according to Coronado Police. There were minor injuries and one person was transported to the hospital. Around 6:44 p.m. westbound traffic began to start moving. (KGTV) — Firefighters in Riverside County are battling yet another fire as Santa Ana conditions sweep through Southern California.The Hill Fire ignited in the Jurupa Valley community just before 10 a.m., quickly growing from 15 acres to hundreds acres within hours, according to CAL Fire.
