The CDC said Friday that no one e-cigarette or vaping product has led to an outbreak of a severe lung disease that is sickening users across the country.According to a CDC press release,215 e-cigarette and vape users in 25 states have been sicked by a serious lung disease since August. That number does not include cases still under investigation.At least three people have died as a result of the disease.The Washington Post reports that there have been 450 cases of serious lung disease in 33 states, dating back to early summer.The CDC reported Friday that of all those sickened by the lung disease, many — but not all — reported using vape products containing THC. The Department of Homeland Security's Inspector General has found "dangerous overcrowding" and unsanitary conditions at an El Paso, Texas, Border Patrol processing facility following an unannounced inspection, according to a not-yet released report obtained by CNN.The IG found "standing room only conditions" at the El Paso Del Norte Processing Center, which has a maximum capacity of 125 migrants. On May 7 and 8, logs indicated that there were "approximately 750 and 900 detainees, respectively.""We also observed detainees standing on toilets in the cells to make room and gain breathing space, thus limiting access to the toilets," the report states.A cell with a maximum capacity of 12 held 76 detainees, another with a maximum capacity of eight held 41, and another with a maximum capacity of 35 held 155, according to the report."(Customs and Border Protection) was struggling to maintain hygienic conditions in the holding cells. The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating religious discrimination claims against two airports because plans for Chick-fil-A restaurants were scrapped after complaints about the fast food chain's stance on LGBTQ issues."The Department of Transportation has received complaints alleging discrimination by two airport operators against a private company due to the expression of the owner's religious beliefs," an FAA statement said."FAA's Office of Civil Rights has notified the San Antonio International Airport (SAT) and Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) that it has opened investigations into these complaints. The FAA notes that Federal requirements prohibit airport operators from excluding persons on the basis of religious creed from participating in airport activities that receive or benefit from FAA grant funding."CNN has reached out to officials at both airports for comment.Chick-fil-A said in a statement released to CNN that the company is not involved in the investigation.
