Then they cared for Ruiz until emergency crews took him to the hospital. Two weeks later, Ruiz is at UCSD Medical Center in Hillcrest, recovering from his severe injuries. "The plan is, the doctors will place brackets inside my legs rather than have them outside," Ruiz said, pointing at his legs.Doctors said the road to recovery would be a long and tough one. (CNN) -- Bank of America is raising its minimum pay to an hour for its more than 205,000 employees.The company will implement the new minimum wage over the next two years, according to comments made by CEO Brian Moynihan on MSNBC earlier Tuesday.Paychecks will initially be raised to an hour starting May 1, before climbing incrementally until 2021. Two years ago, the bank's employees got a raise to a minimum of an hour, according to a company press release.BofA is not the first main street bank to up minimum compensation for its employees. (CNN) - Eager to catch an elusive killer, authorities released a composite sketch Thursday of a suspect in the drive-by shooting of a 7-year-old girl.Jazmine Barnes was killed while riding in a car with her family Sunday morning. Since then, the Texas girl's senseless death has garnered nationwide attention.Tips have poured in to investigators in the Houston area, but the gunman is still on the loose.The sketch was compiled from descriptions given by Jazmine's mother and three sisters, who were also in the car. Authorities said a man in a red or maroon pickup drove up next to them around 7 a.m. and opened fire for no apparent reason.The Harris County Sheriff's Office also released an enhanced surveillance video of the suspect's pickup."We're not going to rest until we find justice for Jazmine," Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez told reporters.The sketch shows a white man in his 40s with a 5 o'clock shadow. He was driving a red, extended-cab pickup.'My baby is not responding at all'In an interview with CNN, Jazmine's sister, Alexis Dilbert, and mother, LaPorsha Washington, recalled the truck pulled up to their passenger side before going around to Washington's driver's side as the family made an early morning coffee run."I didn't even hear the first gunshot. All I remember is my glass shattering on my window, and then I heard the shots go off," said Washington, 30."I think I'm hit in my arm," Washington recalled saying to her daughters. Head was fired ONLY after the sexual assault and NOT for an entire year of outward racism/racially charged language and bullying behavior in and out of the Hair and Makeup trailer. HR protocol was never adhered to following the above reports given by me to my Showrunner/EP and an investigation was never issued for any of my claims. The only time I was asked to participate in an investigation was after a meeting I called in June following our Season 2 announcement. This meeting included the Showrunner and two other producers as well as my agent and SAG-AFTRA Union Rep. It was clear to all present in the meeting that the Showrunner had not shared my reports with the any of the producers. After my initial report of sexual harassment, I was assured that the actor would be fired. I was also asked to film with him the very next day as a courtesy to the script, even though we had not begun filming the episode yet. This actor reappeared on our call sheet at the end of the season, I was even written in scenes with him. I asked the Showrunner about this and he admitted to me that the actor had not been fired nor had he gotten HR involved. I was asked to return this season, and promised that “everything was handled.” The investigation hadn’t even begun and Season 2 had already started filming. I turned it down and I walked.
